Anyone know the deal now that PayPal wants to fine $500.00 for paying a OP or IOP? I want to order 2mg Xanax but worried about the new PayPal rule that went into effect late last month. Any feedback would be great. I can not use a CC so if anyone has info on how to get Xanax without a CC (COD or PPal) that would be great also.

Paypal was bought up by Ebay. Now, if a service sells something that doesn't fall under Ebay's acceptable use policy (meds aren't acceptable) then the seller is charged, IIRC, $500 per offense. That's why most pharms and other sites that sell "controversial" things have been groping around for different payment methods, as this new rule took place only a few days or a week ago.
