Qualitest amount of hydro and tylenol

Hello fellow DB'ers,Good Morning To everyone,hope everyone got a good nights sleep..........Well anyway I will cut right to the question I was wanderig I found a pill up in my medicine cabinet I Know that is a qualitest,and I know that it is a hydrocodone pill,but what i do not know is how many mg's of hydro and how many mg's tylenol this pill has in it,could I of you guys answer this one for me???

What is the imprint? There's no way for anyone to answer without at least that basic information. This may help, although "Qualitest" is not listed as far as I can tell:

According to the guide I linked, that is generic for Vicodin 5/500.
