Hey everybody,What's up??I Know that this question has already been asked 100 times on here by now,but I can not find a answer,so I am just going to go ahead and ask it anyway!!!!My Question Is!!!!!!

HOW DO YOU GET YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FROM U.P.S. THROUGH USING WOODY PHARMACY????

Any information that anyone could pass on to me,I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!!Well anyway thanks to all in advance

You have to call them usually. But beware most of the time you SHOULD talk with someone helpful, but you do run the risk of getting someone on the phone who is over-worked, under-paid, and takes it out on you the caller simply inquiring about thier needed medications.

I simply called once and asked that same simple question and pretty much got the "riot act" from a Woody's Employee for not allowing her to do her job and I was apparently wasting her time for asking about the tracking number and whether I should expect it the next day...

I can understand both ends: We the patient are not inquiring about the delivery of a pair of shoes or something, rather medications which many of us need quickly, which causes rushes on them filling hundereds of scripts per day and likely answering many calls "Where are my medications?" We have every right to call and they get tired of answering the same questions over and over and rushing to fill all scripts and working long hours. BUT that is their job, they accepted it.

You search by reference number.

The reference number is your first initial plus last name plus zip code.

For example John Smith 90210 would be JSmith90210

If your reference number doesn't come up with first initial + last name + zip, try misspelling your last name. Seriously. I have a weird last name that, when you glance at it, looks like a similar, very common last name. My Woody's tracking numbers are almost always the incorrect last name, but since I've figured it out, it's not too big a deal anymore. I just try both spellings.

Whenever i get anything by ups ,be it meds ,computer parts or whatever the reference lookup is always different. Lately i have been getting it to work by putting in first letter of my first name then my last name then zip....

example say my name is Jayson Black zip 33454
i would put in JBLACK33454
other times i use BLACK33454
sometimes JASONBLACK33454

heck i also like mrscoach had it (last name) spelled with a u instead of a v which it should have been,so misspelling is a good possibility.

Just keep trying different combo's

Just a heads up, they now send you a tracking # the night you order your refill via Quantum.. I guess they were having problems with the reference #'s as well.
