Greetings to all you early birds. I'm BettyBrown, I think some of you may know me from "other Places"....I'm going NUTS trying to locate a members list!! I promised someone who is a member here that I would PM her....but I'll be darned if I can find a users listing anywhere. It's probably right in front of my nose, but, it's late and my brain cells aren't quite up to speed!!! Would any of you Please help this Old Lady out...so I can fulfill my promise?????

None that I know of. YOu can do a search by username if you remember part of it, that might help. I think with the volume of members and the sensitive nature of this site, it wouldn't be available. I think the sheer volume would be a problem, plus, it changes to darned fast. good luck in your search

Thanks Sweetz, I did however put her name into the search and it came up with no information found! I sure hate for her to think that I'd just not tried, as I did promise..Shoot I'll just have to post a message that she can PM me here, if that's not against the rules.

If you cannot find the member you are looking for by doing a search, you might just have the name slightly mis-spelled? Try doing the search with variant spellings.
Are you sure Jewles2 is a freeboard member? Maybe he or she is not registered, or is only over on the VIP side with that name? Lots of people use different screen names for VIP and freeboards.
But why don't you just poke around in the threads where you read Jewles2's posts to begin with? That should turn her up pretty quick.

That rings a bell. I think PM privileges might not kick in while you are still at "Stranger" status. You could probably confirm that by poking around in the board rules or someplace.
I think maybe you need to be at 'Newbie" status to start threads and send and recieve PM's. So get busy with the posting!
Oh yeah, and W E L C O M E to the freeboards, brownbetty. In fact your name is familiar, but I'll be darned if I can think of where I've seen you before this morning.....................

I don't think that restriction is on here. There is a 3 day waiting period to post I believe. I should've added when doing a search, try just part of the name. lemme see what I can find. Otherwise, BB, start a new thread with her handle in the title, so she'll see it easily.
editted, well I thought I had a solution, but I searched for Jewels2. Man, how many of them are there?????
another stupid edit: I see no info on a Jewles2. Try the other spelling and Pm her directly if that's her. You shouldn't have a problem.
yet, another edit: there is a Jewels2 that is on the vip side I know for sure. She's a real sweetheart of a gal. Hope I don't offend her with the 'gal'. I just see her as like the neighbor down the street that comes to bring you soup when you're sick.

If I am correct here,....huuummmmm...I cannot get into the VIP side because of my status, SHOOT!!! That's what I get for being a "free" member!
Well if anyone would let her know , over on the VIP side , that I'm here...trying as hard as I can, in return for the favor I'd make you the best cyber chocolate chip cookies known to man!!!I'll describe them down to the smell of the steam rising off the top of each golden browned top.You know, if you break them in half, while they're still hot, the chocolate stretches to form a dangerously hot bridge of chocolate that must be eaten before it hits your fingertips!

aw, you're so sweet. Here's what I did also. I Pm'd Jewels2 for you in case it was her and told her you were looking for her. She's on this side too. you'll have to forgive my post earlier, I was dead tired, no sleep yet, but soon I hope.
