THE BEST OP REQUIRING RECORDS
      #182245 - 08/23/04 12:48 PM

Hello fellow board members!
I'm sure that this is a tough question but could anyone give me a OP that provides great and proficient service. Even though NWW have many satisified customers it seems, I was not fortunate enough to have smooth transactions. Stephanie at NWW never failed to come to my rescue but I'm sort of having doubts of being a returning customer. Everyone's suggestions will be deeply appreciated...BLESSINGS 2 U ALL...Disciple

I used NWW in the past, and I am with YOD now, and I must say that the level of service is much higher at YOD. I had relatively good service with NWW, but YOD really goes above and beyond.

Just my 2 cents

I would totally agree.

NWW turned into (as if they never were) a bunch of greedy, people with absolutely NO customer service. They started out talking a good game, but when push came to shove, all they were interested in was booking the next consult so they could make there cut.

YOD is by far the best OP out there. They run their business like a business should be ran. When I used them I complied with all requests, had my consultation and that was it. No over charging, wrong addresses, well I'll just say no glitches as the list is too long. I had the pharmacy send to a different address one month with no problems. The next month it was sent right back to my normal address without me ever having to say anything. The prices are very good too. If you are looking for fair prices and want everything to run smooth then you won't go wrong by using this OP. They aren't there to be your buddy they are there to offer a great service for a fair price.

Hi!

I've had excellent luck with RxConsults4U. I don't dare post it on the board because the couple of times I did the hounds jumped on me for daring to speak out against NWW.

They offer prompt service and guarantee 3 refills. I've been using them for about 6 months now and I have no complaints at all. Give them a shot-maybe you'll like them.

I second Catboy2..

Go to ephy for your hydrocodone/soma needs..
They are fast, friendly, well organized and professional.
And did I forget to mention the $45 consultation fee? NOBODY comes close to that price.

Good luck..

YOD, absolutely. Kathy and Libby will bend over backward to help you out, and the pharmacies they use are top-notch.

I have used YOD for well over a year now with no problems at all. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone.

We all have our own reasons to do business with who we do. I am still very happy with NWW.They have always treated me like I was their best costomer ( I am far from that!)It is good to know about the other OPs.............NEON

I HAVE USED EPHY, NEVER YOD, AND NEVER HEARD OF THE 3RD

THANKS BOARD MEMBERS!
As always, you all have been a BIG help!!! I tried to be careful not to say anything harsh about NWW. I simply wasn't satified with their service, that's all. To everyone who has had great service, by all means stay with them! To everyone else who shared other OP'S... ....Goodness and Mercy got ya back...Disciple

YOD rocks, especially since they have Bi-wise, who accepts insurance if you can believe that! I will be using them from now on. 1 year + customer on YOD and before then NWW, but I making the permanent switch to YOD.

For my money, Fedxmeds.com continues to be the best records requiring OP in the business. They've NEVER let me down, have always come through with whatever they've promised and are running as smoothly at present as one could hope. And with Fedxmeds I also get UnitedRX, the best online pharmacy. With refills after only 23 days and very generous early refills around the holidays and in case of Sunday refill dates you should ever end up running out. Not even if a world class hurricane blows through Florida!

I was also using NWW but I decided to change OP and went with Prescription America. I tried it after reading posts on this board and was very impressed. I had my first consult, they were booked and the Doc fit me in between appointments. The Dr was very understanding about my health, and the customer service folks were extremely helpful.

I take it the consensus is YOD? Any naysayers out there?

You can't go wrong with YOD. However I am surprised that Ephy does not get more responses as they offer pretty much the same level of service and deal with less customers (which is good IMO) and use an excellent pharmacy and of course you can't beat the consult prices at $45!!

There are a lot of good OP's out there so a BIG part of the equeation IMO is price, and on that playing field Ephy is the best. Usually when a problem happens with an OP it's the pharmacy, they are all very busy filling many orders. Mistakes will happen with them all unfortunatley. Like my order which the pharmacy says was sent almost a week ago however Fed-Ex has no record of it! (Now I am told it was sent today??) Bi-Wise is good but not w/out thier issues either..
