Please help. My doctor recently moved his practice to another state. It is practically impossible to get a physician from my area to prescribe any type of controlled meds. I can't sleep more than 2 hrs without Ambien. It's been so GREAT to be able to sleep.
1.Does anyone have a suggestion(s) for a fast, reliable OP?
2. Any OP that I can fill out an on-line form? I prefer an on-line form because I work extremely long and odd hours.
I tried rx1stop and a couple of others I saw mentioned here but I fill out the whole form - then when it goes to submit - I get some kind of error page. I hit back button , try to log-in again and find everything is lost and I must start all over again.

PS - also do not want to do COD.
