Medical LAB work....?

I have a routine visit with my primary care physician next week.....she's good, but very conservative, and refuses to deal with pain managemnet, in terms of prescribing needed meds.
I know she will do routine blood work and all.....just wondering if Hydro and Valium will show up......how about if I taper a few days before the visit??????????

It should not show up in any of the usual lab tests (CBC, chem panel) unless she is specifically testing for it.

Thank you.....she will simply run CBC and the like.....it's just an annual physical, and she'll offer exercises for 3 discs....
