I have received a "Loveletter" regarding a purchase from an IOP . The medication was phentermine and it was seized. No big loss. I have two questions 1)is it possible to be reimbursed on my cedit card? and 2)from those that have received these letters, have you continued to order from different reliable IOPs successfully?

Charging back to your CC would be fraud. The IOP shipped the meds, it was customs who snaged em. If your not past your charge back day limit you may get the CC company to do a charge back.
You might also consider contacting the IOP, which one was it, many have reship policys for "love letters".
Yes, you are safe to order from other IOPs and the same IOP, you might consider what IOP it is to determine if you want to continue biz with them.

Thanks for the response. I ordered from myrxforless in June.
Received an empty package and a letter today.I've had success with other IOPs. I emailed them and explained what happened. I realize they have no control over these things but I thought I'd let them know.

How long should one wait for a love letter?
I ordered from ecointegra.co.uk, now no responses, Im afraid I was either taken or customs took the order.

Letters can take anywhere from a week or 2 to months and months IME. I'm still waiting on a July order that was shipped & then fell into a black hole or something because no package, no loveletter, and the source is very well established...

No, I think their website has long-since changed into something alltogether different. I was referring to a seizure letter I got from a Giga package a few months ago, right when they closed their doors... the 'black hole' package is from another IOP with a good rep normally, but both original shipment & replacement have not made it and also no letters.
There's plenty of other decent ops out there, so all is not lost.
