can anyone point me towards the best int'l pharmacy to get non-generic 10mg percocet, thanks very much in advance.

Look, I can see how this board can look like it contains a ton of info that isn't sorted and is impossible to wade through. But using the search function is very helpful, okay, so try it. The answer, though, is simple; these sites are discussed on the free board:
MexRxOnline offers them at ridiculously high prices and rock-bottom success rates.
GEHRKES is another source, much cheaper but with a lot less info availabe about his reliability. Search for GEHRKES on the DB boards and you'll find his address.

These IOP's that claim to sell "Percocet", are selling that country's version of Oxycodone. It does not compare to the US version. It is closer to Darvocet and no where near worth the money or the risk of losing your money.

Good point, Susie! To elaborate slightly, a lot of IOPs sell Neo-Percodan, which is exactly what Susie described - Darvon. Darvon's worth less than aspirin as any sort of pain medication.

not true, if your pain is moderate and you are not driven to hydro or oyx, then darvon, or moderate doses of codeine provides an excellent cost effective relief. hey, i need a DHC regularly as well, but darvons make the most of my day bearable, and the neo-percodans were effective
but your used to perc's, yeah i agree darvon is as help as much as asprin.

Another good point! I should have added that Darvon and codeine have the most variability among opiates/opioids when it comes to how people respond to them. Codeine works well for me, Darvon does absolutely nothing; a lot of people don't like either of them, but I forgot that Darvon actually works for some of us!

Since this is just an open discussion thread, I am being off topic.
What is Percocet? Is it similiar to Hydrocodone? My sister gave me one for a headache, so I am just curious.

Percocet, a narcotic analgesic, is used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. It contains two drugs--acetaminophen and oxycodone. Acetaminophen is used to reduce both pain and fever. Oxycodone, a narcotic analgesic, is used for its calming effect and for pain.

I just wanted to add that Oxycodone is somewhat more effective for pain relief than Hydrocodone. According to equianalgesic charts, Oxycodone is about 1.5 times more effective than Hydrocodone, making a Percocet 5 approximately equal to a Lortab 7.5. It is worth mentioning that Oxycodone is also somewhat more dependence-forming than Hydrocodone, something that many board members will attest to.
