My brother's doctor told him that ultram will be scheduled after the first of the year in Calif. Wondering if anyone else has heard this?

a search on both news.google.com and google.com reveal no information reguarding a california legislation to schedule tramadol.

Thank you. He said his doctor told him it would happen after the first of the year. I hate to seem them do this.
