does anyone no anything about the oral temgesic that meds India has,they claim 0.2 oral. I am not going through my story,but have tapered down to 6,far as I can go,was going on a convention,but that was cancelled,now looking to get off these all together,and can not find tems at all,everyone seems to be out....any help of getting these,can anyone help with info,destiny,click,are out, 247 no longer carries,pm with any info would be appreciated,thankyou all truly..

Don't order tems from medsindia. Another DBer PMed me after she ordered them from there and found them to be totally bogus--not even buprenorphine.

Is any of this info correct for Temesic (buprenorphine) from what i have been reading it's used for hydro withdrawl also. but the only ones i have seen are the .2 temgesics.
I heard that for the heroin or methadone addiction or hard core hydro (100mg+) a day that they use 4 and 8mg pills. anyone ever see them?
but ther was a thread that said the .2's were good to help with mild hydro withdrawls. sAY 20-60mg a day. that you wait till you are in w/d's for at least 12hrs but better at 24-36 hours into w/d then take the tems and slowly cut those down. this seemed to work for these people to take away most of the hydro w/d symptoms.
not sure how correct this is, anyone have any expierence with this?
couple other questions, can you taking tem's just for pain relief and will the .2's do anyrhing for that? I read in a previous post that it did?

I live in a small town and there is actually a doctor here who prescribes Suboxone! However, I cannot get in for 6 weeks. Where can I find Temegesic online so I don't have to wait?? The websites I found from a list here don't have it.....

Some general bupe info...
Temgesic is the only bupe you can get from IOPs, and it comes in .2 tabs or .3 inj amps.
Both of these forms work good for moderate withdrawal from any kind of opiates. You'd be surprised at how strong .2 tabs actually are.
Suboxone is bupe brand found in states. It comes in 4 milligrams and 8 milligrams tabs. It also contains naltrexone to prevent it from being injected. It can only be obtained through qualified doctors who are trained in bupe treatment. There is a goverment website which lists all the participating docs in every state. Just look around here for the web address or do a google search on suboxone.
Suboxone works well for withdrawals, but they are only available through these doctors. The high dosage acts in two ways. It not only helps more serious withdrawals, but bupe has a more antagonistic effect at higher doses, thus making it harder to abuse or use in combo with other illegal opiates.
Both forms (Tem and Sub) offer little in the way of a high, so unless you need them for withdrawal, you should not waste your money or time trying to get them.

Well, they are good for pain, too. Getting high or getting off of another drug are options, yes, but it is also effective as a long-term pain management tool. Out of all things, the NINDS recommends bupe as the painkiller for lab animals that have undergone survival surgery.

so true, YOU MUST BE READY TO GET IT UNDER CONTROL and not be on MAJOR doses of hydro or it's a waste... this if about the .2s', but if you are NOT using MAJOR amounts and realy wanting to get it under control it WILL help with your w/D's
