DrugBuyers.Com: How doctors treat women vs. men?

I have finally started to build up a trust with the doctor I have now. I started with him when he first came here about two years ago and have just stayed with him. He finally trust that I have pain. The only problem now is he wants me to have surgery for everything. I have had enough so have told him no.
I now agree with your statement that it depends on the doctor. I also realize now in most cases you need to build a relationship with your doctor and that can sometimes take years. Now that he is willing to prescribe I am not so sure I want the medication. He has prescribed percs and I too did not like them. Oh well whine whine.
I do hope all who are suffering with chronic pain will find a caring doctor who will prescribe the medication they need. I have to say I think that is so much better for the patient than the OP route. Maybe with all of the attention OPs are getting doctors will stop and take notice.
I do not believe that all of them are scared of the DEA. I think they do not think many of us have CP that warrants treatment with narcotics. If doctors were going to get into trouble for prescribing cp patients narcotics how do all of these op doctors get away with prescribing? I often wonder why these doctors don't just open up cp clinics and treat cp patients. I know why because they are making a fortune with very little time invested going the online route.
