Question....Can my Primary Care Physician access my Rx records that I have with my OP without my consent? What about this new push for the states to regulate scripts, can my family doc go online and look up my Rx history with other docs and pharmacies?

My answer would be no...without you signing a HIPPA release.
Without having the complete picture and facts, that would be my answer. The OP should not release without you signing a HIPPA for them to release to the GP.
