I notice it says I can order a refill 4 days before the refill date. Is that 4 days or 4 business days? September 7 is due date and it's on a Tuesday. Would I be able to call it in on Friday or Wednesday prior? Thanks.
On the bottle it will give you the date that you can order the refill. This date will be 26 days from the day that you got your last one. You can request it a day or 2 early, but the will NOT ship it out until the date on the bottle that you are able to refill. So if your last fill was on the 2nd, then you can request your refill on the 28th. If it is due on a Tuesday, that is the day that they will ship it out. The 4 days early are in the case of shipping delays, etc. So you should request your refill on Monday or Tuesday morning. Mine are usually refillable on Mondays, so I send an e-mail on Sunday nights so that they will get it on Monday morning to be shipped out that day. There is really no point in asking for it early as they cannot ship it out any earlier than indicated.
