I had a refill due, and placed my order with Ken Drugs on Friday, and they thought it would be shpped out, so I chose Sat. Delivery. The UPS truck never showed up on Sat., and came and went already today. My credit card was charged for Sat. delivery, so I will have to see about a credit.
I am also not able to get through to anyone, and customer service at the main Kennaday number, is of no help, or always busy.
Did anyone else try to order last Friday? I hope everyone is OK in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
Who can I call to find out what happened? They also do not give out tracking numbers, which is crazy, since I have no way to track my package to see if it is in the UPS system or not. Does anyone know why that is a policy now? What is the big deal about a tracking number?

I was in the same as you about 2 hours ago, trying to find who to get ahold of.
Finally after about an hour of trying each phone number, they kept putting me on hold.
First, they said their system was down. (sure )
Then, I finally talked to someone who gave me the pharm number, but it's not the same as yours.
I spoke with Mary, and she took my info, and bingo bango.... all done.
I could be jumpin' the gun here though, cause all I did was told them to process it, nothing else.
My last refill with them, they lied thru their teeth to me!!!!
I had called them to process my refill, and the girl on the phone said they were out of that med, and would get it in on Sat., I was calling on a Friday., and she told me that it would be shipped out on Sat. for Monday delivery.
So, I thought, what else could I do, but.... get this!!!!
WHen the package came on Monday, I decided to enter in the tracking number, and it shows it being shipped on that FRIDAY! So she lied to me, she said they were totally out of that med, and it wouldn't be shipped until Sat.
I don't understand the point of that lie though, she could have easily shipped it out for Sat. delivery, if they had them in on that day.
Who knows!

My pharmacy is the one in Kissimmee, and I still cannot get through. They said it would ship on Friday, but with the storm, I can understand if it did not. They charged me for Sat. delivery, but why not just tell me it would not go out Friday, because of the storm. I found out from UPS, that they cancelled all UPS operations on Friday, so why didn't the pharmacy let me know? I should never have been misled that it would go out, and I would receive it on Saturday. UPS has come and gone today, and still nothing.
I can understand because of the storm, but why mislead me into thinking I would someohow get it on Saturday? My card was charged for the Sat. delivery, so I will now have to get a credit from them. We'll see how easy that one is.

Not to rub it in, but my cc was finally charged, and I'm hoping that means my order has been shipped out to me.
No tracking number yet, but they aren't to good on sending those out.
I can't remember how they do the reference thingy again, not sure if it's by script number, or what, so if anyone knows?
I hope you get yours as well.

My card was charged on Friday, and I still cannot get in touch with them. The phone keeps saying "All circuits are busy". I hope it went out today.

Also, the last time I asked for a tracking number from them, they said they will not give it out unless it is 3 days late! What good is that?
They said they are afraid that someone could intercept the shipment, and have it reouted because that can be done as long as someone has a tracking number.
I have never heard of the receiver being able to reroute, and UPS will still try to deliver at least once or twice before keeping it at the hub for customer puckup, with ID, so I don't understand their "no tracking numbers" policy.
I would think that by law, you have a right to know the tracking number. If it's signature release only, what is the big deal?
They used to do a reference number, but those in the past would show up on the UPS label, and my last few scripts have not had a reference number, so I would not count on that option either.
Which pharmacy do you use? Even the main number, with 2 emails to a CSR, was not able to answe my question if the pharmacy my script was from was even open today, because the phone lines were down. (Kissimmee branch Ken Drugs #002)

As far as your order being shipped out on Friday, I believe that the Kenaday Group had stated on their website that all prescriptions and refills would be be shipped on Monday, due to Hurrican Charley. My guess, and hope for you, is that you'll get your refill tomorrow. Of course, you will have to go after getting a shipping credit, on account of you paying for Saturday delivery. I'm surprised that the pharmacy was open on Friday and took your refill. Did you actually call the pharm, or order over the internet. At any rate, good lluck.

I spoke with them on Friday, and even called back, because more reports of the storm were coming in, so I wanted to make sure my script would get out. She said UPS would be picking up early, so I said, please ship for Saturday delivery.
My card was charged, and when I called back upgrading to Sat. delivery, my card was charged again.
Monday, I tried calling them all day, and kept getting a message that all circuits were busy, and never got through. Since they do not give a tracking number, there is no way for me to find out if it made it out on Monday either.
Today I am out of meds, so I hope it gets here today.

Got my package! From the tracking, the billing info was recvd on Friday, Aug 13th, but did not get picked up by UPS until Monday Aug. 16th. It still has the Saturday Delivery sticker on it, so I will hopefully get a credit for the extra cost.
Hope everyone in Orlando at Ken Drugs is OK, since I still cannot get through to them. I am able to reach other numbers in Kissimmee, and Orlando, just not Ken Drugs #002. Hope everyone made it through OK, and things get back to normal.
I have a friend of the family who lives in Punta Gorda, and his house is gone. The shelter he was at, had the roof blown off. He is OK, but without a home, and it does not look like things are going to get back to normal in that area anytime soon.

I am really glad you got your medication! Was your package a UPS next day air or air saver? Just trying to figure out which way they ship. I believe the cost of overnight shipping is $40.00. That should be for priority overnight, right!

Mine was regular Next Day Air, because it was to be Sat. delivery. I got it by 10:30 am, but Saver is not until 3:00 pm, so you may get yours later. I think it is even later like 6 or 7pm, if you are residental. I am at a business, so I got mine by 10:30 am.

Also, no reference number on the label. I get other UPS shipments from other companies, and I always have them use a reference number, and it always shows in the same area on the label, and this label did not have a ref #, so you will not be able to track, and good luck trying to get a tracking number out of Kens, since I doubt they will give it out, unless it is over 3 days late! (which is what they told me their policy was)

Oh well, moot point now. I had ordered a refill yesterday morning. I called today and spoke with Ken's in Tampa, where my script comes from and they said they were out of my medication yesterday. Of course when I called in for the refill the lady said it would be shipped for delivery today. But now the story is that it will be shipped for delivery tomorrow. This kind of stinks. I'm already well past my 23 day mark, because of the hurricane. Oh well, nothing I can do.

Not only that, but they lied to me again!!!!
Told me it shipped out on Monday, but when it didn't arrive on Tues. I called, and it took me over 2 hours to get thru to someone.
When I finally did, they said, "oh, we were out of the med"
Sounds like a lame excuse!!!!!
I think they want customers to believe that they fill every 23 days, when in fact it's later than that, and that's why they give out the "out of stock" excuse!!
I tell ya... as soon as my fills are out with them, I'm mooooooooovvinnnnn on!!!!!
There are so many much better places out there to go with!

Well, I just called them again, and after an hour of busy signals, I finally got someone who told me the order shipped yesterday and I will get it today. I hope she was right!! Now it's that horrible waiting game with UPS. I just hate not knowing my tracking number. I've had a few instances where I had to get on UPS about misdirected shipments (non-medication). I just really hope that everything comes through smoothly. How about you; are you expecting today? Best of luck to you!!

WEll well well.... my package just arrived!!!
I guess finally someone told the truth over there, and they did ship it yesterday, creeps!!!
They have been acting so strange over there at KenDrugs, it's a win or lose with them, they go a couple months and do real good, then they go 3 or 4 months and get real bad.
This has been the worst experience with an OP ever!!
If anyone out there is looking for a new OP, and are thinking about using anything connected to Ken Drugs, please please please try a different OP. There are better ones out there to use.
I was using EPHY, but when they screwed up my last fill I switched over to MedsViaWeb.... BIG mistake on my part, I switched cause EPHY CS lied to me, but it was a worse situation cause it was during the holiday weekend,
I HATE BEING LIED TO!!!!
I need to go back to YOD, they were perfect, I don't know what possesed me to go somewhere else, I think it was to try and save a buck or two.... My mistake!
Gotta go back with them!!!
