HELP My destiny order was delivered, but not to me

Has anyone had expeience with destiny regarding re-shipment.
The name they delivered to is totally unknown to me.
Destiny more or less asked me to check with neighbors.
Has anyone had desting re-shipped to them ? I paid for Express shipment.

GET THE ADDRESS THEY SHIPPED TO AND CONTACT THE PO.ALOT OF TIMES THEY GET THE PACKAGE BACK AND HOLD BEFORE SENDING BACK TO SHIPPER
