I haven't had any experience with them but they are the same people that ran Allusascripts/FastUSArx/Dolphinrx..I posted this question last night, so far I havent heard of any experiences yet, but yet is the key word there. They will eventually get overwhelmed just like before.

I saw them on somewhere else. I will go look and see if there is feedback and report back. Please be careful. I'm not saying they aren't good. I have a feeling they might be.
I quit hydro a few days ago, so i won't be able to give you first hand knowledge, but I will ask my neighbor. Maybe will try them. He uses the no record OP's.

Have the sent you anything with a valid email? I was perusing and there is NOT one valid tool of communication with this site. No valid email address, no "form" to reach CS, no valid phine number.
