On with the BIG CHEESE! LOL
I don't mind your constant UPPER CASE usage. Doesn't bother me one darn bit. It's what you're accustomed to and we've all adapted pretty well. It's not like I'm having seizures over here or anything. LMAO!
Yeah, A.N.S. did let herself go, and I don't mean weight-wise either. If she presented herself in a lady-like fashion, she'd have gained my respect, but she's just completely lost it. Foul is an understatement! It fascinates me how she exposes herself that way on national television though. And yes, her poor child! OMG! Can we all agree it will take years of therapy for recovery?

Hi everyone!
I have tried Trim spa I still have half of the bottle. I tried the kind w/o ephedra for obviouse reasons and it does NOT work at all. I eat the same amount and feel the same way. It is not worth the money IMO. My best friend has tried Xenical and it causes side effects that noone could handle. It causes anal leakage!!! Excuse me for being blunt but before anyone tries it they should be warned of this. It kind be severe depending on the food you eat. The way it works is by getting out all of the bad food you have in your body. My friend has lost about 50 pounds by alternating between phentermine and xendrine. I have heard that if you stop the diet pills you will gain back the weight plus some, you really just have to change your diet and exercise if you want to lose wait for the long haul. I hate hearing everyone say that to, but I know that it is the only longterm succesfull diet plan.

Nah. Maybe they just wanted to save it to their favorites or made a mistake or something.

I agree-there IS no pill that will make you lose weight in a safe,long-term manner.I have lost as much as 45lbs(b4 I got pg,and 60 after-all baby weight) ,and I did it safely,by changing the little things.Like I stopped drinking soda, and started taking a bottle of water everywhere I went. I started adding more veggies on my plate, and less meat& carbs.I stopped eating till I was stuffed-instead I only ate till I felt satiated. If I felt hungry b4 bed,I would drink a cup of tea, which is only like 50 calories w/milk& 1 sugar, plus many anti-oxidants.I also took a multi-vitamin a day, plus calcium It took me almost a year to lose this wieght, but I did it Not only that, but I have also been pregnant, gaining over 60lbs w/each baby, and I am back down to 117,because I KNEW how to lose the wieght, and keep it off,w/o feeling deprived.Poeple need to stop loking for the "quick fix",and start losing wieght because they truly care about themselves. It WILL come off-if I could do it,anybody can

I lost all my weight by the high-stress/low-food-intake diet. Don't recommend it at all, but it was highly effective!

She doese look good but not sure if what she has done will last for her. I am on the Adkins, I lost 40 lbs in 6 months and am still losing, doc put me on beta=blockers now so I am getting slower and have to work harder and harder. Stress is not a good thing but strokes are not good either so I was pretty torn, take them or cut the carbs completly. Adkins works but you have to stay on it and really watch. My husband lost 55 lbs in about 3 months...men..they always lose faster then a woman...I was told we were ment to have babies so we carry more fat on our bodies...gee thanks...good luck to all..as far as gaining 50lbs..maybe your eating more. drink more water 6-8 glasses a day. Stay away from carbs..JMHO...good luck to Anna..cause when she starts to go back to her donuts she will be just as if not more then she was...one only knows how she did it without efpdra unless she had it before the outlawed it...Boo..

My friend tried Trim Spa and lost nothing, plus she was unable to sleep at night, waste of money! I am on a low carb, better way of life plan. NOT A DIET, " that was for you cheese" Anyway, everthing in moderation is the key. I eat a little carb, mostly wheat bread around lunch time and a small dinner and nothing after 7pm, I try anyway! I try to work out as much as possible, even 20 minutes of walking is good, it helps pain as well, releasing those wonderful endorphins in our brains.
Anna Nicole, one word sums her up "PIG" I am not making fun of her weight either, she is a horrible person, like you said, farting, burping, humping things. She is NOT a lady that is for sure!

Yep, been there, done that. Seems like the only time I can lose weight is when I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown, usually after breaking up with a boyfriend or dealing with one who stresses me out to the point where I'm so self conscious about my weight that I "forget" to eat for days at a time.
I've been dealing with Eating disorders my entire life, and there ain't no way in hell that Anna Nicole lost all that weight on Trim Spa. She either had to be on a prescription diet pill like phentermine or something else. About 15 years or so ago, I had a nasty addiction to "black beauties", which were a dextroamphetamine that they don't make anymore, from what I know. I had a really bad experience with taking too much of it and awful withdrawal symptoms when I stopped. Coincidence that I now suffer from anxiety disorder and can't handle caffiene, let alone a speed pill? Now all I need to do lose weight is to lose my marbles, for lack of a better term.
When I broke up with my boyfriend for 3 months last year, I lost 20 pounds in something like 10 days. We've since gotten back together, and I not only gained the 20 back, but managed to pack on an additional 10. My metabolism is so screwed up from crash dieting, eating disorers and speed abuse. I think I screwed up my brain chemistry, for real, because now, I'm so high strung all the time that if I don't have my anxiety meds, I can't sit still, stop thinking, sleep...function.
Sorry, went a bit off topic there, but as far as Anna Nicole goes, I've only seen her show a few times (the episodes when she was heavier), I would have bet money on the fact that she was either on oxy's or some other opiate, because her speech was so slurred all the time and she just floated around like she was high as a kite.
I feel bad for her kid, too...and that assistant of hers, how much more obvious can it be that she's obsessed with Anna? LOL...the few shows that I did see were funny, especially the ones with Tony Little, who is ALWAYS good for a laugh, especially when you're up at 4 a.m. watching him on that Gazelle thing he sells. I have never seen a more ridiculous looking exercise machine in my life, and the one chick in the leather pants and jacket demonstrating it brings me to tears!! Oh well, let me shut up now.

I lived in the apartment across from Anna and her old boyfriend back in the early, early 90s in Houston and am still friends with the BF. We were always amused by her wackiness and unpredictability(she's always been EXACTLY the same person), and had fun with it. She was/is a pretty funny person and if she put her mind to it, could be a heckuva comic actress.
He always knew she would leave him, but was just along for the ride. More power to him, I suppose.
