What pharmaceutical brand are the most effective? any input would be gratly appreciated Many Thanks!

Upjohn if you can get it. Xanor is pretty much the same quality IMHO, but some say it's slightly weaker. Alzam is pretty good, maybe 80% (in my opinion) as an upjohn pill. Zopax is pretty good, maybe a little better than Alzam. I've never tried Azor or Gador. Speaking of which, has anyone tried Gador? I am thinking of buying 2mg Xanax pills manufactuared by Gador and I want to know the quality of them.

Personal observations for Indian brands---Trikas are the best, followed up by Alprax.

for generic brands i think alzam made by warner- lambert of south africa is a quality product.. ws

Hi all, I have a question, my family doc just gave me a script for Xanax..started me out on 0.5 and now has given me 0.25 is that alot? and my pharmacy...Osco..never asks me if I want brand ...and usually I tell them I do but forgot cause I was having an axitity attac but they gave me Alprazolam...anyone have these before and are they good...they are pretty strong..too strong for me as I have to go and take a nap after I take one...from now on I will break them in half...if anyone knows?? thnaks... Boobetty

Hi Cleo, Do you have a source for the "trikas"? I have never heard of these, and only know of one Indian pharm open right now, and they only carry the Alprax.

No, I'm afraid not I used to get them from netpharmacy2001 before they and most of the other Indian places went down. Really miss those guys, getting 250 alpraz by Airborne in a couple weeks for under $100. The Trikas also taste much more bitter than the Alprax. That nasty alpraz taste. I think I saw them on the avoidmiddleman/praventech site, but I wouldn't order from them.

I've tried the Gador's, 1mg. pink oblong pills and they were good.

Gador's are pretty good, but my personal favorites are 1. Upjohn, 2. Purepac and 3. Geneva. As far as foriegn brands go, it's 1. Gador, 2. Tafil and 3. Denver Pharma.

Upjohn's are good they are the Brand name company. I would say Geneva for generic.

Xanax is the brand name for alzaprolam made by Upjohn. All other's are generic for the chemical alzaprolam(Xanax)
