I took a few months sending payment after the 3rd shipment. I sent the payment for the 4th shipment about 3 weeks ago and have emailed him 2 times inquiring about the payment and apologizing for the delay in my payment. Still no answer. I am getting anxious, I don't know what to do. I am afraid to upset this guy by emailing him yet AGAIN. But I don't know why he won't answer my emails. I am afraid I just wasted my money, I am so frustrated because he won't answer my very polite emails.

I don't know any businessman who would brush aside a customer who takes several months to pay them back. It's a business, you know, not a favor, and I'd bet you anything he thinks you're more trouble than you're worth. Most people are prompt and follow his instructions to the letter, and if he sometimes has a hard time keeping up with those professional guys, why are you surprised that he isn't expending time to accomodate you?

So what are you complaining about? You ought to give him at least a "few months" to respond. Why would you expect to be treated any differently than you treated him? And why did you send money on the 4th payment first? The normal procedure is to get the meds first, then pay, as it seems you did on your 3rd shipment.
Who knows what he will do, but you don't mess with this guy. He is honest and prompt, and he expects his customers to be the same.

I meant the payment for the third shipment. And by the way, I had a major trauma in my life and wasn't able to take care of anything, my bills are all a mess and I am just getting my life back together. Who are you to be jumping down my throat, you don't have any idea what you're talking about anyway. Thanks so much for your friendly help.

He never set a time limit anyway. Hypothetically speaking, what if it took me a few months to go through 40 perduretas because I was using them to suppliment my prescribed pain meds? Someone needs a nap, or a pill or something. Cranky, cranky. Why so judgemental??

OK, then let me try to help you. Did you send in an order form for the 4th shipment? If so, he might send it, but it can take up to a month. If not, just send in an order form and don't worry about e-mail. He's not good at e-mailing. If you order, or have ordered, and don't get, then it was either seized (not too likely with biotran, but does happen)or he's written you off for being late in payment. As others have said, it's his way or the highway. I hope you get your meds.

Thanks.

Also, english isn't my first language and sometimes I get confused by all the complicated directions with Biotran. I don't understand everything he writes in emails...but this is the first time he didn't reply to my email promptly.

I didn't send in an order form with the third payment. I just sent it wrapped in paper the same way I sent the first two payments. I have already emailed him twice apologizing and trying to explain my situation and I am worried that he doesn't write back, because he usually does. My first three shipments were very smooth, quick, and then I couldn't send the payment for the third shipment for a few months. I tried to explain it to him. If he is going to "write me off" than I guess we are square money-wise, I just wish he would let me know.

There has been speculation on DB that English is not HIS first language. Double tough.

haha and it doesn't help that my husband (the only peron I should ever trust enough in a matter like this) speaks much less english than I do. His english skills are less than half of mine. So I don't have anyone to help me to understand his messages.

Also, by the way, this business of when you send a payment and to which shipment this corresponds with is hard for me to communicate in english because, I don't know why it is just really hard for me to grasp communicating about it. Sorry if that seems strange, but it is really confusing because it is introducing a disorder into my already struggle with english sometimes and so I wasn't sure if I meant third or fourth payment until you said something about it.

A link was just posted yesterday which claims he is Asian:

http://uk.geocities.com/brown_addict/contugesic.htm

This a long link about DHC, but there is also a lot of info about biotran in it.

what a @ick, he got cut-off because he's a frigging fiend and now he's trying to destroy it for the rest of us!!! This is what kills me about the functioning addict, it's everyone's fault but there own!!! This is what will ruin it for all not the fact that there are forums.

I really question the credibility of the person who wrote that article. All these quotes from a mystery person who's name has been changed? What!? And some of the things written are rediculous, there is no way he can know these things about a person he has never met. It's very biased and not well written or researched:

Quote:

Wayne’s e-mails are phonetic messes that partly reveal his excessive contugesic use

So from Biotran's unconventional style of writing emails he jumps to the conclusion that this must be because he is a drug addict? Give me a break! He doesn't even know this person. That's slanderous if anything!

Quote:

Wayne had always been an impenetrable, moody character .... He apparently used a great deal of contugesic himself. And he was a walking collection of ticks and side effects from the drug, displaying everything from obsessive-compulsive disorder to violent mood swings.

Again, where does this person get off making such statements about someone he has never even met! Get real!

Quote:

No one knew how the medicine falls in Wayne’s hands, which kept me constantly guessing. One possibility is that it is job related. He could work in a storage facility where he has a light way with his fingers. However, he claimed to me that he was going to Spain and Andorra and buying this drug over the counter. There were holes in Wayne’s story. How many times can some Asian go into a Farmacia complaining of a bad cold? It was obvious he was getting it from a storage facility in Spain.

Oh yes, so obvious. I am just rolling my eyes reading this because they go from speculating to later in the article the author says:

Quote:

The who-is paper trail has a circuitous route from Birmingham to an IP address in Manchester to a doctor in Leeds who could possibly be the person who gave Wayne the contacts at the storage facility.

as if now it is a FACT that Biotran is somehow stealing or obtaining meds from a storage facility, just because some guy he interviewed for his artice speculated about this? So they have just taken it apon themselves to decide that this is a fact? Haha! So silly.

Quote:

Which leads to the final aspect of contugesic that makes it so suspect. You don’t know how it’s stored, or how an unheated Spanish storage facility can distort its base chemical

Again, there is no evidence to even support that it comes from a storage facility in Spain, it is just something these guys made up.

Rediculous article, just rediculous.

Really,I wouldn't take the whole article too seriously. However, much of what he states about biotran makes a lot of sense and explains his difficulties in communication. I tend to believe it. As to all the stuff about DHC, I would discount it. It's all anecdotal.
