Hi all. This is my first time posting. First, I'd like to say that I am a frequent visitor to this board and have gained a lot of useful information here. I'm looking for a codeine or dihydrocodeine source (doesn't matter if it's extended release or not, don't care if it's mixed with APAP) that will deliver to the U.S. within 3-5 days and will accept credit cards. I have an order on hold for Tylenol #4 at Rxhotdeals since 7/20. The status is still "Processing by the pharmacy" and it doesn't like that's coming any time soon, if at all. I'm afraid to order from Jetsrx or Skyrx for fear that the same thing will happen. 247-pharmacy was out of DHC so I placed an order for codeine but that will take about a week or so to arrive.
In the meantime, my supply is dwindling down to about a dozen 60 MG extended release DHC tabs. That's not gonna last me more than a few days. I've checked the US, Canadian and International lists and I couldn't find anyone who would deliver any sooner than 10-21 days. Unfortunately I don't live near anyplace where I could get any product containing codeine OTC. If anyone knows of any sources that I may have missed please post or PM me.
To confirm that there is indeed a shortage of this drug. You may simply do a search throughout the board. It will take about 5 minutes and you won't have to ask any more questions that have already been answered.
Out of curiosity, why post just to put someone down? The name of this board is "Who Offers It? How Much?". I felt that my question was relevant to that description. I did search the boards and the last post I could find about this topic was from 7/12 titled "Dihydrocodeine (DHC) / Codicontin / Contugesic ". Yes, I understand that there is a shortage of DHC as I spent quite a bit of time reading all of the posts that I could find when searching on "dhc", "contugesic", "dihydrocodeine", etc. I mentioned that I had gone through all of the sources listed for codeine and dhc. I checked the newsgroups and various other places as well. Since the last post I could find on this topic was from 7/12, I was just asking if anyone either had some new info on this or, if I have to give up on finding DHC right now, if anyone knew of a source for codeine that would deliver quickly. I have seen people ask similar questions and get answers that they would not have found just by looking on the drug lists. How does it hurt to ask? I see posts with titles like "Need Hydro Source - Fast!" on this board all the time even though one can easily find this information on this board by doing a search. Why aren't these people told not to ask questions that have already been answered?
