How long has it been since you've been to a doctor? Some OPs will take older records and you can try to go to a walk in clinic or one that charges rates according to income and get an update. Or you can go to a chiropractor for an exam. My chiropractor adjusts my jaw and back for only $25 a visit! If you call around, you may be able to find a low cost doctor in your area. Some OPs that require records only need a page or two showing that you've been seen by a doctor and a brief description of your condition and will accept records from a chiropractor. Other OPs want more extensive records.
You can use a no record OP like RXgooddeals, but if you can't afford to go to a doctor, you aren't going to like the prices of their pain meds. I hope you get relief soon.

If you can't afford a walk-in clinic visit or an appt with a GP, do you have a "free clinic" available in your area? They are at least sliding scale. It its been awhile since you've seen a doctor, then it really is a good idea just to go, have yourself checked over even though you feel normal (except pain of course!) and just have some kind of record made of your visit.
I had a bad car accident two years ago and during these two years, I am SO doctored OUT. But during those extremely mundane and routine visits, I did slowly find out I have high blood pressure. I am young and feel normal other than the chronic pain...I probably would not have had my blood pressure treated for a LONG time because of my stubborness I am sure, or else it wouldn't have been treated until something really went wrong with my body because of the high blood pressure.
Sometimes, one never knows.....

I agree it's less exensive to go see a physician and get records than to go to a no records OP, usually you get less pills, minimal refills and it cost a lot more...if you $100 bucks on a doctors visit, then you have records and can us a records OP like NWW (i'm not familiar with them but you can look) if your're a vip you get a discount and refills and that;s going to cost you a LOT less in the long run. It is really hard to be in pain though, I hope you get help soon
