First, I would not buy bulk drugs unless you know what you're doing.
Second, China has a reputation for sub-standard bulk drugs. You can easily find Indian bulk drug manufacturers online. I once considered this as well.
Its not viable and when that bulk drug shipment gets intercepted, you'll go to jail because its greater than a personal shipment, there is intent to manufacture, intent to distribute, and a whole host of charges you don't want to deal with.
Sorry to burst your bubble. (btw, I'm assuming you're in the U.S.)
Just like to post some additional info on this one, discussed various items on their list most of which they were vague about. I was interested in buying bulk L-Tryptophan and they offered me 10grams for $400 ! ! I suspect they exist solely to rip off the unsupecting. Best avoided methinks.
