Several months ago, I ordered a consult from 1st meds. I requested tussionex, received it, and was not suprised to find no refills, as I have rarely seen tuss come with refills. So in the past week, I get teh following 2 emails:
Subject:YOUR MEDS FROM 1STMEDS
Hello

Your medication payment declined .Please call customer service to 863-419-1503 from 9 am to 5pm (EST).

Thanks
C.S

Now this is possible, as my order was so long ago that the credit card I used is long gone. However, I would certainly be well over due for a refill if one had been included, and the email was from

A few days previous i got this email:
Dear 1stmeds.com customer

Since you last used our site we have done some exciting new changes to speed
up the order process, all past problems have now been eliminated, and I am
glad to say we are back on track to offering the fastest service around.

Please take advantage of our currant price freeze. As due to inflation and
our company overheads we are long over due a rise in prices which will be
happening in a few short weeks.

We are constantly making improvements to our site to offer the best service
around; we look forward to seeing you again as a return customer.

Best Regards

Please ignore this email if you have recently re-ordered, Thank you

THis was from a hotmail address.

So I am sonsidering calling the CS number and telling them their must have been a card mixup, and that I will happilly pay for my tussionex refill. but I am not paying for a consult, which is what I suspect they will want me to do.

Anyway, just curious if anyone else had received anything similar?

thanks,,
hk

Yikes! $167 for #120 norco and you have to pay $130 for a consult! I don't think so...i'm using yod and it is $100 for #120 norco, I can't even believe that, almost $70 more!!!
