Customs Seizures
      #172662 - 07/04/04 11:59 AM

Does anyone here think that customs seizures in the U.S. have increased in the past few months - or is it just me???
Prior to March I have never had any problems with IOP's but since then it has been products that have never arrived (no letter from customs tho) and products very late in arriving - customs letter pending (I sure hope not) - would be interested in knowing what everyone here thinks...

What I learned is that you won't always get a customs notice. I've had no trouble this year at all. I'm 6/6 but they were all via Airmail.

I had one of #120 Ambien from Overture Pharmacy in December and I actually received the FULL package 6 months later? Go figure? When I would track it, it would say being processed thru customs so I totally thought it was gone but they let it go. Good luck to ya!

Ive never not got a love letter, I have had several pharms not ship. My orders have not been seized recently. Certain parts of the world maybe up, but my guess is that overall seiz raters are probably the same. I have taken interest in customs mailing cert letters, I think I was the first to report this, and feel this is a first step in stopping our actions.

Unfortunately we are living in an age of rapidly deteriorating civil liberties. I suspect we will see more seizures in the months and years to come. Look closely at what Ashcroft is doing to really understand what's happening in this country.

Civil liberties or not, I will refuse to let the U.S. government dictate what drugs I choose to medicate myself with.

They have no business knowing what drugs they are, or why I am using the drugs. If everything goes downhill from here(regarding recipt of orders, etc.) I will simply do it (get my meds) the old fashon way and go to Mexico. I will bring back the allowed 3 month supply, but I will determine what that ammoutnt will be according to ME.

I was a affilate of Pharma Group in Italy .... and for about 3 years there,, they were great!!!with very cheap prices..the shipping was emailed everystep of the way,,, it would go from Italy to another country to get repackaged and taped then sent to another country .. Eng or France..then a email with a disclamer.... basically saying 'Here ya go,,,Best of luck' and lables 'sweets' on the Customs declaration....a really amazing job in smuggling!!!but even then... I"d get nicked and lose a package...I'd emailed them ,showed a copy of the letter.. and they would give me a good deal, even thought in the FAQ's they said they would'ent...:)( the affilatte bit may have helped ... then the DEA seized their PAL PAY account in the USA...about a year and a half ago and service when down hill...and they had no CC validation.......
it is impossile for the letter to be sniffed by dogs... because the pills are all in blister packs,, and the dogs are trained anyway for the hard drugs. and now explosives....... so theres some guys that just picks up a ramdom enevlopes going down a line that fit a 'profile'..
just my swing on it.....
ps Pharma is now Pharmico in Sweden.. prices are 3 times as high,,, and I think there's a scam going on there.....I'm sure its in their thread...
ciao

srw , I know you are a total newb, but you must have heard something about free speech in your lifetime.

In my post I did not promote or demonstrate any illegal activity what so ever. If you would actually take the time to read you would see that I even took the consideration to ensure that my post only contained reference to obtaining prescription drugs legally

I agree with diggs, we need to challenge drug laws in this country. Though, it is a dangerous and difficult battle for civil liberties. I higly recomend:

http://actioncenter.drugpolicy.org/action/

There is a difference between drug use, and drug misuse. When one can self regulate, and minimize any associate harm, we should be allowed to self medicate without being marginalized and criminalized.

Couldn't agree with you more, diggs.

Our drug policies are screwed up big time. Alcohol and cigarettes (two drugs this country allows OTC type legal status) cause more death, misery, and economic harm than all the scheduled meds/drugs COMBINED. Yet you have to commit a crime in many cases just to choose what you want to put in your own body.

60% of the people in our jails are there for nonviolent drug offences. We spend more money per capita (over $1 billion dollars at the federal level alone) on the stupid drug law and yet have the highest rate of abuse in the world.

It's not working, inhumane and, simply encourages more illegal activity. There are better ways. Not treating drug/med users as criminals is a good start.

Stand up and be heard. Let your congressperson know where you stand.
