Hi everyone! I was stupid and depserate enough to order from an online, medical questionnaire site (platinum-rx.com) more than a week ago. I've used similar services before, and everything went smoothly at first; the info was submitted for approval, Rx approved, etc...then I didn't get a package. They said they were on back order. So I was understandably peeved...never had this problem before. Now, all of a sudden,my order update page (they have "live order tracking") reports that the package has been shipped and provides a link to the label on the box (I thought this was odd) and the FedEx shipping #. Anyway, the FedEx shipping # isn't in FedEx's database. BUT there is that link to the label...if its at all accurate or honest, I should be receiving my shipment relatively soon. Very weird thing: my credit card hasn't been charged. Of course, that's GREAT (no need for a charge back), but confusing. Does anyone know what could be going on? Thank you for your help!
My thought is that your order was processed by the pharmacy. It is in a package and has a tracking number assigned. The package has not been picked up by Fedex yet.
Once picked up by Fedex it is scanned and the tracking number goes live.
I don't know if it will be picked up today -(Sat). They are closed Monday.

I've had this happen myself with another OP. They changed the status to shipped on a Friday, provide a tracking number, but UPS doesn't have it. In fact, since I took the cheap way out and choose ground it even took until like Tuesday night before I started to see tracking information on UPS' site! Even with FedEx, if you didn't pay extra for Saturday delivery my guess it won't even be picked up until Tuesday; probably late in the day as well.
I think often the pharmacy changes the status to "shipped" after they fill it and stick it in the shipping envelope with the tracking number preprinted on the label. Not when the Fed Ex of whoever guy actually gets there and scans it to enter it into the shipping system. Some of the OP's even advise you of this in their FAQ's.
Why your Credit Card hasn't been charged yet may be related to the same thing. The pharmacy fills late on Friday before holiday weekend, but billing dept. is already gone having cosmo's somewhere. Never made it into the system yet since they dont bill until ship (like some of the better OPs do).
Give it until Tuesday evening (by 9:00PM at the latest they should have picked up the package and started tracking) if you selected "regular overnight" delivery as an option and see what happens.
