Had like my third consult with fedexmeds today and it was awful have good medical records but the guy was rude and just made me feel awful. Can someone PM me and give me a suggestion of a new op..I've got records that show I've got fibromyalgia and he was like why isn't your primary care dr. treating you for that. also have other records that show I had numerous surgeries due to thyroid cancer can someone suggest a place that might help me and not be so mean..My records are barely over a yr. old I noticed some places take records up to two yrs. but I don't know what to do but sit and be miserable...any help would be greatly appreciated..

So sorry you did not read up on them before signing up for a consult. There have been a lot of reports about this rude and uncaring doctor. It's a shame, as they used to be so good.
there are a few still up and running and seem to be either doing really well or are just have a few problems here and there.
Look into YOD, PVM, NWW, EPHY, accuratemd, or online-scripts.
Good luck.

They've been nothing but great for me. 3 consults but not one in the last 4 months or so as my pain has subsided. That stinks that they are crappy now. Who is the bad doc.? Because the one I had before was fantastic. I just want to know who to stay away from.

Well, here's just a little info.
My room mate had a refill due, from Fedxmeds, the day that TDI shutdown. I believe that was 2 to 3 weeks ago. After contacting fedxmeds 7 times to transfer, he finally got his meds from United this morning.
Also, the Doc on the paperwork and Dr. Reppy.
That's all,

Radgirl-
IMO,Ephy is far one of the best ops out there right now. You get a great consult(as well as fast) with a caring DR. They will answer their phones and emails and you DO get your meds when promised. im me if you need addtional info on them

This makes no sense to me. Reppy? I have heard he was very nice as he works for another OP. Can't even remember which one now. So why is he mean at Fedexmeds and nice to the patients at the other OP? I am so confused. This makes no sense.

I suggest YOD. I have had 4 consults with them and have always been satisfied. They offer 3 refills, and give a great VIP discount.

No, I think what the poster above was trying to say is his room mate had a refill from before any of this trouble started... At that time it was Dr.Reppy... I would almost guarantee this OP changed hands in the last month... No way would Russell allow this to go on...
What sense does it make to buy out a very successful OP and pretty much nose-dive it interntionally within a month...
Makes no sense to me...

I had my consultation early this week and the doc was Reppy. I didn't find him rude at all, just SLOW in getting the script to the pharmacy. He did ask more questions than most, but it was not an unpleasent experience at all.

So Reppy is nice to people sometimes and rude to others? This makes no sense to me at all.

Unless, for the first time he's doing his own consults instead of counting on John... But why would they allow him to do that when I'm sure they are aware of his terrible bedside manner...?
Things are fishy over there and I would just stay away for now...

Reppy just started working with fedxmeds recently. He took Dr. Kienzle's spot. I have used fedxmeds for almost 2 years. They are top notch in my book. By the way, Dr. Reppy is not rude. I believe that Dr Reppy's P.A. makes a lot of the follow up calls. I think his name is John, but he too has always been very polite! I have never had a problem with the customer service. They have always responded to my questions within hours. The only problem I have ever had at all was when TDI could not fill my script. That was three weeks ago. Fedxmeds fixed that problem in no time flat.
To the folks at fedxmeds, I say bravo.. and keep up the good work.
Good luck to all. ;]

Wow, maybe things have changed. If so, it's a real shame. Has anyone asked them if Russ or John is still with the company?

You asked this same question in a different thread...
Quote[ Has anyone asked if John or Russell are there? ]Quote
Here was my post in response to that same question on another thread:
____________________________________________________________
I have... I asked them twice through their website's PM... Both times they responded to every other question BUT is Russell still there... Just plain ignored it... So that tells me he's longer there... He would not respond that way. Although I was no longer a patient, I continued to correspond with Russell occasionally with talk about the industry and every day type of stuff... He's a super guy and I am really worried about him... The thought crossed my mind that Fedxmeds is now some type of setup by the DEA but then wouldn't they want to prescribe to everybody just to build up their cases? And I heard they aren't really interested in going after the patients so what would be the point of a setup?
It's just hard to believe that Russell would sell the business and take off without saying a word to any of us...
Just so out of character...
What do you guys think?

Nothing but poor service from the fly by night OP. They are to busy to stay on time for their calls. The have poor customer service and do not care about the customers.

You should read my earlier posts about FXM before you jump the gun. I'll have you know I stood up for FXM's BEFORE I ever "trashed" them. So your question is, "Which is it?" Simple. After 2 years of great service, I was convinced they would fix the situation. After reading more and more posts, and not getting any response from FXM's, I had a change of heart. Ever happened to you before?
And thanks for pointing out my "double" post.
Have fun kids

I don't know what happened to Fed Ex Meds - but after the TDI bust their operation changed. Their new doctor no longer treats Fibromyalgia or migraines so that ended my association with them. Too bad, they were a really good OP.

My thoughts exactly. I hope everyone will be able to find an OP that ran as smoothly as FXM's has in the past.

Over on the VIP Board, there's a report stating the following:
- John is back doing consults for Fedxmeds--he had simply been on vacation.
- John is aware that consults were not going well during his absence.
- John stated that someone at Fedxmeds died recently, and the company considered going out of business. However, they have decided to hire 3-4 new employees to replace the deceased employee and move forward.
- John would not identify the person who passed away, but folks on the VIP Board assume that it was Russell. :-(
