Now that SWMG is back up, I called and asked them a few questions. I may need to switch OP's in a month and I'm starting my research now instead of waiting until it's too late. Anyway, I was told that they're now using Universal Pharmacy. Doesn't NWW use them? Any feedback worth noting? I want to pay as much attention to the pharmacy as to the OP I may eventually chose. Thanks!

Ephy uses Universal RX out of Tampa. Not sure if this is the same as the one SWMG will be using.

Hi, ml63.
I'm a little confused. You said swmg was back up but I am unable to get a consult, an answer to an email, and can't get through on the phone. I can't even leave a message in their mailbox. Can you tell me how you were able to contact them? I'd appreciate the help.

I recieved a mail from them saying they had a limited amount of consults available two days ago for friday and that I should setup one asap. I believe they are using Universal RX not possitive though. I think they may just be testing the water to see how things work

Can anyone please post the website link or at least the phone number of Universal Pharmacy. I'm thinking of switching to SWMG but want to check out the pharmacy as best I can. Problem is that there seems to be several pharms with Universal or Uni or whatever in the name and I have no idea whether or not it's the one that SouthWest is using. Please PM me if you don't wish to post.

Does anyone know what their quantity limit is with the new doctor? Dr Lockridge was generous, but Id sort of heard that could change with the new doctor. Any feedback would be helpful...thanks...

I don't know about the Dr., but when I called today to find out what kind of compensation I would get for losing a refill with them they said they would just let me skip out of the $15 service charge fee for my consultation. So it still is going to cost $100 plus only 2 refills. That is such BULL!! I should get a full extra refill or at least 1/3 of the consult price taken off. That is what I paid for. I don't know if I am going to use them again. I thought they were great in the past, but I think I will stick with someplace else for now.

Hmmmm...I haven't seen one post here or on the VIP board about anyone that has received their meds. Not too promising - nice doc or not.

Has anyone got there meds yet? I have a consult scheduled one week from today and don't want to get charged if no meds are being shipped.

With the exception of a few "glitches" probably because they are swamped right now and playing catchup, my consultation and delivery went okay. I did have to call a few times and the amount I was told to have a money order for was incorrect by 7 dollars (7 dollars more) and because of that, FedEx had to come back the next day, but all in all everything is okay. I got mine today and everything was in order.

So are we all required to pay COD for the meds now, or is this something some of you requested on your own? Before the Dr. L. fiasco I paid by credit card. With my new consult yesterday I wasn't told anything about payment/COD and I can't find any reference to shipping/payment changes on SWMG's website. I want to make sure that the delivery person doesn't appear expecting a money order that I don't have. Thanks for any info.

I choose to utilize m.o. They still do credit cards. I did not know the price of the meds until my consult was over and the pharmacy mailed it to me, but it was the same as it had been with the other pharmacy.
