For me, I find that the 10/500 hydro works better than the 10/325. The only difference is 175 mgs of apap, but add it up and that could make a big difference. Like I said, the higher tylenol works better for me, but I usually order the 10/325 to save my liver. I also take a supplement called NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) which helps replenish your liver with glutathione. Glutathione is the amino acid that helps rid the liver of the toxic metabolite that apap creates. NAC can be bought at GNC for about 13 dollars. Just my 2 cents.

Gee - 30 tabs of 10 mg hydro or 60 tabs of 10 mg hydro - my guess is the 60 tabs are better.
the 125mg tylenol difference (500-325). Tylenol toxicity doesnt usually start until you take over 4000mg/day for a while (like I was when I was using the vicodin es (7.5/750 up to 8/day).
As long as you are taking less than 6 tablets a day 500 vs. 325 tylenol doesnt matter. at more than 6 tablets /day stick with the norco.
