I never heard of anyone ever getting meds out of TDI without a valid US script. One line of the artical REALL caught my eye -

"No criminal charges have been filed. "

Does that mean that any US police dept short of funding can just seize money and property from a US business then NOT FILE CHARGES?!??

Here in CAli - seized property/funds are a revenue source - but they come AFTER charges with a valid (ie. judge signed) seizure order.

I think they will file criminal charges, they're just now beginning this. Prob within 6 months.

They can if they are the I.R.S. and you have questionable business practices. Where I reside, the I.R.S. has been a resource that the local LE has been taking a lot of advantage of to make the cases (and get the funding) they need.

I came across an article I thought was interesting. It kind of involves TDI, indirectly.

Remember about a year ago, when there were a few articles involving TDI and medicaid fraud. This article deals with the conviction of an individual involved in this.
