help with GXgooddeals problem, course of action?
      #170987 - 06/25/04 03:33 PM

I placed my first order with them for two different meds. I got the package today, but only recieved one of the meds in the package.

I emailed them about this, but have gotten no response so far. Looking at my order history online says they shipped them both.

However, I looked over the UPS package carefully and it has not been tampered with.

I paid with a credit card and have been charged for both, so I guess I could just dispute the charge with the credit card company for the med I did not recieve, but I would rather just get my med.

Going by the boards they seem like a reliable company but this has made me a bit skeptical.
Anyone had an experience with them like this? Do you think they will come through.

Thanks

I don't know if you posted this on another thread as well but I did read on one of the rxgooddeals threads about a similar situation.

My only advise for the future is only order one med per order. That way they can't claim they shipped both and you only get one and it gets into a big battle. It also makes contesting CC's charges easier since you don't have to just contest part of a single charge.

This place has notoriously horrible customer service. They never respond to e-mails. Just hope that the packages were shipped seperatly and you will get the other soon.

Ordering one med at a time I have never had a problem with these guys (other then the fact they ignore e-mails)....
