How can your find out if a drug is scheduled?
      #170871 - 06/25/04 03:08 AM

I'm wondering if there is a site online that shows you if a drug is scheduled or not. I know that hydro and valium and medications like that are scheduled, but I'm wondering about Ultram or Darvon or Soma as alternatives to the scheduled meds. I'm thinking that an order from an IOP would only be seized if it contained controlled or scheduled meds. Thank you so much!

Above is a link that may help you with what you are looking for. Some states also enact tighter controls and Soma is one of the meds that have been placed on a list for tighter controls.

Ultram is not scheduled by the DEA nor do I think any one state has Ultram on their list, but may be wrong.

You can sort by name, class or date of first schedule. Funny (or sad) to see when which substance was placed under a schedule...
