Hey everyone. I went to this site (platinum-rx.com) after remembering seeing someone give it good ratings on this site or maybe another one...anyway, I got to the site, and it was just like the OPs of old: free medical form to fill out, FedEx shipping, etc. etc. Plus they had a *FUNCTIONING* support line and online live help and live order tracking, so I thought...OK. I ordered my med of choice (clonazepam) on Wednesday. I got the confirmation email followed by the "You're Rx is approved email" with a link to my order number so I could watch its progress. Well, its monday now and there hasn't BEEN any progress. I've called the people several times asking, nicely, when I can expect to get my meds, or at least when they expect to ship. Today, I've been told, is THE DAY when they'll ship, but I doubt it. Has anyone used them? Can I honestly expect my meds to come, or should I just suck it up now and find a different source? Thanks for anything you can share.

How did you pay. Send me a pm did you order Wed june 23rd?They should be here today unless you specfically got a next day confirmation & paid for next day. Wait until 2:30 pm today & if you did not recieve by today get on them by calling every couple hours.& tell them you are disputing if you did order cc.DO YOU HAVE FED X TRACKING # ?

Thanks for your help. I think I will get on them some more and be a little less nice this time. Also, I really appreciate your tip on where to get some meds next time. If you have any other reliable sources you wouldn't mind sharing, PLEASE PM me. I've never had a problem with an OP/IOP before...if this one turns out to be a scam, I don't want to repeat my mistake. Thanks again for your help!

UPDATE: I called their 1-800 # and asked what was going on. The lady at the other end said that my Rx had been forwarded to a pharmacy, but they "didn't have" my medication; my Rx is now going to be sent to another pharmacy, and she says I should have my meds in 48-72 hours. I'm growing even more suspicious...she said the company tried to send me an email but couldn't. That's strange, considering my email info was part of my order info., and they had no problem with emailing me an order confirmation. I'm displeased, to say the least. Now to email customer service and call back soon before I threaten with a charge back. What do you all think?
