No, I don't think you need to send them for each refill as long as they are current, which it sounds like yours are.

NWW is just double checking each client right now to make sure they have the records they need, legally.

No, I actually was asking do I need to send the set of records again for a second consult even if the ones I already sent for the first consult are still current?

For instance, YOD does not require you to send records again unless your records are a year or more old. Sorry if I was unclear before.

Thanks

Sorry....things are kind of crazy with me this morning...but my answer is still the same, no you don't have to send them again.

Hi Greycie,
Thank you for your kind reply I am also still very happy with NWW so far. I never want to try and "over" contact them as I know how busy they are. I guess I have been fortunate to get a response from one PM to Stephanie. Plus I was always taught you get more flies with honey lol. I also don't want to take light away from those people who have not gotten a timely response from NWW. I know they are out there (often read the NWW boards) and I know they are trying everything they can to get help. I just know this is not uncommon for any business. I work in a call center for a major Internet company...and yep, the majority of the calls are from the people who have problems and some of those do fall through the cracks and get overlooked. So I understand everyones frustration, including NWW. How they do it with so few people boggles my mind.

Anyhoo...long story not so short, I am still a happy customer of NWW and will remain here for as long as I am able. Just happy to share my experience so others can hear both sides of the stories.
