Received my refill, all accounted for, had no problems what so ever, I have seen on some posts, people are having problems, smooth as silk here, used two day delivery and came next morning, faster then I expected, missed first delivery, which was only 22 hours after order.
happy camper, hope everybody gets satisfied, from what I've seen on some posts(?!!??!?!) remember you get more with honey then with vineger.

Same here! They won't answer e-mails addressed to NWW Dave as they instruct to do for refills. I also called customer service and the pharmacy and got a message "all lines are busy, please call back later" that was 30 times in a row and it is long distance! This is the first time I have had major problems with them except for last time they shorted me 90 pills of the 120 fill. It took me over a week to get the rest.

I find you get much better service if you pm someone during business hours. Heck, try two people.

ARE YOU SURE YOU PM ON THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SECTION? ALSO, DID YOU CHECK THE BOX THAT INFORMS YOU THAT WHO EVER YOU PM HAS READ THE MESSAGE? IF SO, YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL THAT TELLS YOU CHRIS, DAVID, ETC HAVE READ YOUR MESSAGE. THE BOARD TAKE AWHILE TO GET USED TO. YOU MUST KNOW WHERE, ON THE FORUM TO POST AT. I WOULD POST DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER BOARD FIRST, THEN I WOULD PM ONE OD THE C S PEOPLE
AT THE CUSTOMER SERVIVE BOARD. IS THIS CLEAR? IF NOT, P.M. ME AND I WILL TRY TO FURTHER EXPLAIN IT. NEON

This is quite disturbing, I have been a faithful customer of thiers for 6 months now and have always found them to be more than helpful, though Chris tends to have a bit of an "ego" at least thats how he comes across to me sometimes. But I must say with all these problems with refills, which should be the simplest of things, after you have sent in records had your consult and received first order, the rest SHOULD be downhill from there!! I have a refill coming Saturday the 26th, which means Monday for Tuesday delivery at the earliest (barring no problems!). I am scared that I might have problems as I am already pushing it having to wait 3 additional days than usual, if I get the run around no refill, no help type of stuff that seems all too common now a days, I think it might be time to go shopping again. Which bothers me as I just paid for another consult and recieved that round of Medication no problems, but I have two refills owed to me.
Not to mention one of my medications is Xanax, thats not something I can just wait a few days for!! I hope my refill goes smoother than most as this could be life threatening.
I just don't understand what has happened if its the influx of new customers or what, but people talk about havng to fax in records again and again?? That doesnt make sense.
Here's hoping to success this time around!!
