NWW refill date saying I have to wait 3 months??
      #170364 - 06/22/04 03:08 PM

I last ordered my prescription (#60) from NWW in March...I went to order a refill today and it's saying my refill will be available on July 27th??? Umm...is this just a mistake or what's going on? Anyone know?

I'd be willing to bet it IS just a mistake. I can't tell you for sure, lol, but that would be my guess. I do know that an Rx expires 6 months after it's written, but this hasn't been 6 months. I'd send an email to CS.

Good luck.

E-mail doesn't work very well these days. Go to the forum and pm one of the customer service reps who is online.

I had a similar problem - post a message on the forum, and they'll work it out, I'm sure.

If it's been 3 months since your original fill, you're going to have problems.

Why? If prescriptions don't expire for six months?

Merry

Most likely they'll try to give her the run around and tell her that her consultation time is up, and that she has to pay for a new consult. I've seen it before.

It's a mistake. The refills are all screwed up on the website. Guess they've been tinkering with it and supposedly a new website will be up soon, and all these bugs will be worked out.

You'll have to go to their forum - norcoworldwide.com, click on forums. Send PMs to NWW David, NWW Stephanie, or whoever else is handling refills these days. Chris just posted today that he won't respond to PMs anymore. So I wouldn't send one to him. Or you can start a new thread in the customer service section with a heading like 'HELP! CAN'T REFILL!!'. That should get someone's attention.
