I had a new consult today with 1stemeds and I've consulted with them in the past and there were no problems until I moved
then they sent my meds to the wrong house once or twice. Now today, after their business hours are over and I can't call and talk to anyone I get a receipt from them with my old address as my billing and shipping address. With no tracking number, but they normally don't give one anyway. So my package, which I ordered priority overnight, is being sent to the wrong address through fedex. This isn't the first time this has happened with them, and I went to my old address and the people that live there now had gotten my package and gave it to me and were really nice, but I really don't want to have to go to a strangers house tomorrow morning to get my meds. Has anyone had an experience like this or can give me any suggestions on what to do. I'm going to call 1stemeds at 8:00 A.M. when they open and get my tracking number and call fedex, but has anyone had an experience like this. Can you call fedex and have a package re-routed to the right address after it's on the truck for delivery? I'm assuming that won't happen and even if it does get re-routed to my right address it will take at least a day or two. This is really frustrating. I've talked to someone in person on the phone at 1stemeds like 3 times in the past few months and everytime I tell them to make sure they have my right shipping address and they read it back to me, but now again they've sent it to the wrong address. So any suggestions, because otherwise I'm just going to sit here all night anxious wondering if I'm going to have to spend my whole day driving by my old address to see if these people are home and if they've gotten my package. Anyway, any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.

If its out for delivery it can be changed but you might not get it for a couple of days.If you could notify the folks in your old house and go pick it up from them, that might be the best choice. If you can wait a day or 2 have it rerouted.I hope this is making sense.I had a pkge rerouted once and it was a nightmare. The only one who can authorize it to be rerouted is the shipper,Good Luck..P

well, this happened to me twice with UPS, but I never got my packages! The people lied about it & kept them, 120 Lortabs 10/500...they got 2 times for free! Nice surprise, huh? I had to get UPS involved and it was a big mess. BUT-you will have better luck with Fed Ex. I do thhis ALL the time. I can't remember if you said you had a tracking number or not. But, if so, call then as early as possible in the morning and tell them that you need them to pull your package and hold it at the pick-up counter at Fed Ex. I don't know how far their office is from you, but hopefully not too far. Their number is, well sorry it is programmed in my old cell phone and it is dead, I think it is like 800-463-3339, but you might want to look it up .... and tell them that the pharmacy has shipped your meds to the wrong address for the 3rd time and you HAVE to have them today. A lot of times they'll say, "well, the shipper has to call us and make the delivery address change since they were the shipper, you can't do just call in & do it." So, I always say, "Well you either do it, or I'll keep hitting redial on my phone until I get a nice cust serv person who will do this for me, because I've had to do this several times & I always get someone who will." So, that's what I do, I'll call back 3-4 times, and I'll finally get someone who will put a call into the call center and have them pull it off the truck and hold it at the counter for me. They call me back in like 20 minutes & says it's ready for pick up. But, remember, you have to do this around 7:00 am. and if you don't have a tracking #, if you get someone nice, they'll get your shipping info and can go from there (your addy & pharmacy's addy). If they tell you it is too late & the driver has already left with your package, thell them to call him on his cell phone and find out where he is and you will meet him. I tell you, I do this ALL the time. And, UPS is really better about it, even tho I like Fed Ex better for other reasons. Just stress to them that the pharmacy keeps messing up. Last resort, call the pharmacy and get very ill with them, you have a right to since this is the 3rd time they've did this and tell them you expect them to call Fed Ex and have them change the delivery address, or tell them to hold it at the pick up counter. Be firm with them, and please let me know what happens. I have a friend who has done the same thing. I made them meet me on Christmas Eve because my son was proposing to his girlfriend Christmas Eve nite and Fed Ex was supposed to deliver the engagement ring 2 days before Christmas, well, on Christmas Eve he still didn't have it, so I called them and thru a fit telling them they were running weeks of planning and also, that I would tell everyone I knew to start using UPS...so, 45 minutes later I had the ring in my hand. I am in the transportation industry too, I know these things can be handled with a little cust service, esp when they realize it is medication. Good luck to you!!!

I called fedex right after I got off the phone with 1stemeds and gave them my tracking number, at 8:00 A.M. , and the person on the phone assured me that it wouldn't be any problem at all to just have it re-routed to my correct address. I didn't believe him, and I was right. Fortunately I know the woman who was driving the fedex truck that day and she went out of her way to bring it to my correct address. So I got my meds and everything is ok. I just with 1stemeds would get their act together.
