Hi, I got an email saying I could refill, and after I filled the form out and hit submit, it keeps saying wacky stuff like "ERROR-return to home page". I called their 24/7 number and get some rather rude girl saying to try it again, which I already had...or to call on Tuesday. It also clearly states on their FAQ that to refill you can either do it online or call it in...I tried to explain that to her and she denied it. But its there in print. So I was rather frustrated. Does anyone know about this place or have any feedback? Thanks gang...
I used them once, and had nothing but trouble, there is one person at that place who knows what he's doing. Unfortunately, he rarely handles calls, since he;'s been promoted to supervisor. I can't remember his name, but just ask to speak w/a supervisor. I stopped using them because I couldnt afford them anyway!
I keep getting an error message. Got the same clueless girl who told me to call after 9 am. One error message came up as limit reached or something like that. Don't understand because I've never used them before. Are they affiliated with someone else? This past month I've tried to order from Parmacy Direct,- they took my money but no meds: then Rx good deals but tried to cancel since they will provide 60 and this place says they'll do 90. Oh yeah, tried FastUSARx but my order's been sitting there since 11:30 am Wed. with no word. So I haven't actually received anything; what's going on- anybody know?

I looked them up on other posts like RxList Vicodin board etc. and they had a lot of praise. I ordered, was called next am by a very professional doctor who asked for my diagnosis and or some type of records, which I faxed over. The order was approved that same day, and I must say that I for one am very satisfied, They also keep the records and said my records were valid for up to one year FYI-I guess any site will have it's lovers and haters, but I for one am staying put- ( p.s. they offer an at home exam for like $79 )N.S.
I have had good & bad experiences with this OP-but as of 6/23-i'm done with this group.
-First-when I signed up for a dr's consult-I had one scheduled within 24 hours -and by a DR.Wood. He even called back late at nite to clarify a question he had. My meds arrived within 24 hours of my consult. (90 VP's)
-25 days later (May-14) i received an email to refill my precription-which I did & received-with no problems.
-June 15th (about 30 days after my May refill)-I logged onto their website to re-order my refill. after I re-entered all my personal info & CC info-an ERROR message came up-"YOU MAY NOT RE-ORDER UNTIL 7/1"!!!
This 7/1 date would be 6 weeks since my last refill.
--i called TWICE this week-and got the dumbest people possible-making excuses-that I couldn't refill VP for 6 weeks, when I ALREADY re-ordered a refill in May after 25 days.
-Today- I logged onto their website to email them-and all hydros are "pulled" from the site.
i'm guessing that instead of just "telling" me they no longer prescribe hydros, they would just lie to me & let me try to re-order on 7/1.
Too bad-I had 1 refill left...
