Has anyone had trouble with this company? I sent in all my info around 3 weeks ago and in 2 days their website said they weren't scheduling any consults to catch up. I've tried to e-mail 3 times (no answer) and called (voice box full) and then to find out they went ahead and charged by CC $125 for a consult I never had. What do I do? Any suggestions. I'm so upset!!!!

Send one more email telling them that you are going to do a chargeback on your credit card unless you hear from them TODAY! If you don't hear from them contact your cc company and do a chargeback. That is my stern, firm advice from someone who has had to be stern and firm with several IOP's AND other Internet vendors!

We have not recieved any emails requesting a refund. If you would like a refund, please email me at and I will process it.

Just an FYI, we dont bill consults for $125.00.

It would either be $120 or less depending on whether or not you used a discount.
