You can do a consult with Norcoworldwide. They ask that you get your records in before the 1st refill. You can get your first prescription, and hopefully get your records to them before your first refill.

As for COD, why not get the package shipped directly to the FedEx or UPS hub? You can look up the local hub address and use that as your shipping address. They will call you when the package arrives, and hold it for you to pick up. That way, you can be discreet.
