Out of the blue, I got a delivery notice from Fedex that reads "Charles from APOTHESYS BOLT & SCREW" has sent you a package". And a link to the fedex page indeed shows a shipment coming out of Tampa, FL.
I used Apothesys pharmacy over a year ago, but have not had any refills in over 12 months from them.
A couple of months ago, UPS showed up with a package for me from St. Pete's. I get all my order's COD and I didn't have an order coming. It wasn't COD and all I did was have to sign for it. It was (90)Hydro- for free! That was a pleasant suprise. Must have been a screw-up, but I was happy. Hopefully, you are getting the same thing.

"From what I can tell, that shipment is intended for another XXXXXX XXXXX,
who also lives in your state. It appears that an employee modified an existing
profile (yours) to ship this package, everything was changed, except your
email address was left. Sorry for the inconvenience....it will be
fixed....no package is coming to you"
