Just wanted to post some quick negative feedback on Century Drugs, and I assume it's affiliates...
Order placed on April 22nd, they said it was mailed the 25th, and nothing ever came.
I wrote back oh so politely 30 days after they claim to have mailed it, and they said to write them back on the 7th of June. So I did... Now they refuse to answer my emails (only two) for the last ten days... When they did anwer them the same day before they were late/lost in mail, whatever the heck.
They say they have the ability to track their packages, and they simply won't as of yet...
Total brush off, nearing 60 days after the order (they state delivery time to be 21 days)...
If they do come through, or at least act reasonably, I will post info saying as much, and mitigating the negativity of this post...
All I want is a response, I am not asking for miracles, I know that IOPS have problems they face, but to simply not reply is another story...
Miffed, but not yet irate...

Sounds like they are putting you on hold long enough so you can't do a charge back to recover your lost funds. Write them back and tell them you plan to do a charge back for lack of delivery, you may get an answer then. Good luck!

My friends experience with Cydrugs was better than yours(package was recieved in 14 days), but the product seemed counterfit(neither active or effective) and was from a "questionable" country of origin and he had to sign for it. However, when this friend was worried it wouldn't come(first time) after 10 days he emailed them and with say 36 hours they responded. Honestly, these guys seem to have more negatives than positives but opinions may vary.

How long do you have for a chargeback, 60 days..?
The real problem with these guys is they have at least a score of sites or more,and all look different...
I just noticed they changed thier inventory entirely, and revamped the website.
Nothing like a "fresh start", eh..?
