Phenobarbitol?Blue mano's

First question is ive just recieved an order of phenobarbitol,thing is ive never taken them before and dont even know what they look like,these pills are real small,a number one on one side,with a triangle and ATC stamped in the middle..sound familiar to anyone?Also just got some diazepam from interpharm,real quick,real cheap,i like this pharm but have never seen these type of pills before but ive heard people mention them on the board,blue's and mano stamped on the back 10 on the front(or otherways,whatever) Anyway,anyone else tried these from interpharm and how did they find the quality?Or are all mano's the same no matter which pharm you get them from.Thanx in advance

YES! I have these pheno's. I'll bet you rec. them from 24/7.

They are legit and like you said, very tiny. BE CAREFUL about mixing benzos and barbs. VERY dangerous.

I was given these at rehab (pain killers)over 10 years ago. Theyworked great for sleep and I was wondering if you would know the dosage that is safe. I was guessing I was getting 1000 mg per dose for 3 days around the clock. This took care of my withdraws and would like to do the same again.

I am not happy about my current addiction but???

1000MG is VERY much. Depends on what you are currently taking and how much. Check out this site and it will give you more specific / accurate dosing instrustions.
