I have PM'd David at there company ....No response.....I have tryed calling.....No answer! Is NWW going or gone bellie up!!!!!! Caution New customers I would wait to see what pans out before ordering. If I have to change OP's anyone know of a credible one????

I'm having the same problem. I cannot figure out how to get my first refill. No response to e-mail yet. I've never had a problem in the past, and I've had two or three consults with them.

Go to Ephy.com- you will have no problems with them. Consult is $45.00- 2 refills.

If you go to web page and let the page load until all information contained appears (it takes awhile for me), it will show on the right hand side a place called "Forums". This will take you to another page, web page and from there you can register with them.
HTH!

I have an off subject question. I am waiting on my records. Should be here anytime. I saw where NWW takes money orders. Do they accept COD or do you have to mail them? I have heard a few negative things about them lately. Do they seem to have it together now?

I agree that YOD is one of the best. After you have your consutation and your records are in you never have to contact them again unless you want to know something more. From then on the pharmacy takes over and I never had to contact them except when I wanted my refill. Just emailed and a tracking number was emailed back. No hassels at all. Even when I needed a change of address I just emailed and it was done. That kind of service is hard to come by anymore.

Hi,
Will YOD obtain your med records for you like SWMG used to do,or do you have to do it. This was one of the things I loved about SWMG.

You must obtain your medical records prior to consulting with YOD. Prospective patients are required to fax their records with the eight-page new patient consult package (available for download in pdf form from their web site) and all pages must be sent/received in a single fax transmission or will be discarded. YOD is inflexible about these requirements but is probably the reason they have survived thus far.
Good Luck.
