Anyone with any information would help. Like if you had ever heard of them before or anything. He is fixing to call his credit card company and claim fraud because he can't get a response now. He is panicking.
Have him do a chargeback before it's too late!!! It also is a "heads-up" to whatever company gave this OP a merchant account. Too many chargebacks and they lose their ability to receive cc payments. There's plenty of good OP's to choose from, have your bf search these boards.
Their server is in Brazil and the site is registered in Colombia, so they are clearly international.
They may or may not deliver. If it is a controlled med it could be seized by US Customs and you would get a letter telling you so. Just don't to it again is basically what the letter means. Statistically the odds are in your favor by far that it will not get seized.
Something for all to note, the site sports the seal of a pharmacy verification organization called veriphy.org. They are UK based and may or may not be the equivalent of the US VIPPS insignia that may help to save US Telemedicine Providers.
veriphy.org claims to only allow members who have proved the legitimacy of their Online Pharmacy business by providing licenses, etc. They are NOT an official regulatory body of any sort. It's along the same lines as GeoTrust. However, veriphy.org uses private domain registration which makes one a little leery. That's a little unusual for an organization to use whihch is intended to inspire trust. Judgment reserved at this moment.
Keep in mind that international ordering can takes weeks to arrive too.
Send them one more email stating that you will do a chargeback if they do not respond to your inquiry.
