I read on one of these posts that Online-scripts does. I think that is who I am going to go with as soon as I get my medical records. I used rxhotdeals last week as a quick fill=in.
There was a banner of an OP running same-day consults. I havent looked up and seen it in a while. I believe it said something like $80 off same-day consults for VIP's but that would mean the same-day consult would be $200-250 .
Call YOD and NWW, describe your pain and most likely, they will do it. They will not do it for everybody, but if you plea your case with GOOD/EXCELLENT records that say "I NEED HELP!" they will do it. Get onto NWW private board on their website, and PM every admin asking for it.
It has worked for me in the past...but that was before when we had a ton of pharmacies filling. I think that there are three (3) now filling 3000 orders per day. No joke.

I ordered today from Jetsrx because I wasn't sure NWW was going to come through. I had a UPS tracking number withing two hours.
It's an online consult, not a doc on the phone like with the medical record ops and therefore, it was expensive. It was an emergency, though, or so I thought.
Anyway, they came through for me and so did NWW, after all.
