I had ordered from them on the 10th and everything went OK. The $6 or $8 delivery price plus the order. The next day they said it was declined due to their changing payment process. They refunded my money to the bank.
Yet, after a few e-mails to find out what was going on, they sent me the following e-mail:

Dear Timothy.

Due to a problem with our merchant account, we were forced to decline all pending orders.

You will have to order again.

So I placed an order on the 13th, and got the usual OK messages over the e-mail. The only option to deliver was the $45.00 delivery, considering their prices, I placed the order. That order # is: number 7166_05-13-04_02:10:43_0.


I am waiting to hear from GigaPharma, whether they are sending or refunding my Credit Card. I have sent a couple of e-mail's to assure me one way or the other.

In any case, they said it was OK to re-order, therefore, with all the GOOD thing's on the DB Website about them, just before they changed their payment system, the pro's outweighed the con's. So we'll see what happen's.

hmmmmm, then i have to wonder what is happening w/ my order on the 29th??? Not glad to hear this... But got a email from Veripay... stating all was ok..... Any thoughts???

From what I understand about it, is once you place your order, you get 2 e-mails immediately, one is from veripayment and one is from giga. Both saying things are OK. Yet, I think you are supposed to get a 3rd e-mail, and that one is from Giga, stating when your order was (is) to be shipped and so-on.

If you placed an order on April 29th, it would probably be a good idea to send them an e-mail to find out what your status is.

I think on the night of the 9th or the morning of the 10th, they started their change from veripayment.

There are a couple of other threads stating, that they are now receiving, and they would know for sure, whether that 3rd e-mail is sent out or not.

I got a message from VeriPayment , the 3rd e-mail that a person is supposed to receive. Here's the top portion of the message:

The Middle portion of the message stated Info about my order. In other words, what I had ordered on the 13th of May, 2004.

I called the Express Corporation last night when I got the message, just after 7:00pm, because it had not shown up on their Tracking Website, after I looked at the website. Their representative said it takes 24 hours before it shows up on the Tracking Website.

Therefore, I'll find out tonight (that will be 24 hrs), if they, GigaPharma, are sort of getting thing's together once again, so to speak. In other words, if GigaPharma has sent the order. I certainly hope so. I had heard a lot of Good thing's about GigaPharma and hope they have gotten thing's going again.

Hope the time passes Fast Today!!!

Looked at the Tracking Website and entered the Tracking # and it's on its' way.

Picked up on the 17th and sent out on the 18th (Today) and to arrive in 2 or 3 days, that is, before the weekend.

Called the Express Carrier and they confirmed that arrival time.
I hope all goes well and the order is accounted for when it arrives.

That would be a definite PLUS for GigaPharma!

Called TNT and they said it is supposed to be by customs not customers request.

Destroyed??? Not Detained or Confiscated?

Not good News About GigaPharma, they will NOT answer any e-mails. Are they as Bad as is being said???

I wonder if they will answer the e-mails that I have sent. Or will they answer any of your e-mails that you have sent?

Will your package be Destroyed, it did not say detained, confiscated, or anything else. Would you want to spend $45 on S/H and that occur.

Is GigaPharma targeted? Their packages?

The questions go on and on. Do you want to take the chance Yet??? It will make a difference if they send me an e-mail and go from there, I guess.

My last order from them came in just 3 business days to Europe, using the cheap shipping! I have emailed them to ask if the cheap option will return - top class outfit in my book so far, haven't found a better OP yet.

No. They have always came through and did many here very well. Could they be targeted? Yes. However, them not replying to emails recently has me concerned. Till this is straightened out I suggest holding off ordering from them.

At least till they start replying to our emails and delivering the more recent orders. Like for Luv714 and Snickers.

I sent gigapharma a link to this thread saying people are getting concerned and that we all would appreciate a reply explaining what's going on.

Obviously, nothing yet.

Just got home and received this email from Gigapharma:

I decided to start a new topic (subject line) about GigaPharma. The reason is, they are Working on it!

I started a topic 'Maybe some info about GigaPharma' and listed my experience as I went from the beginning of the order process to when it was Destroyed by Custom's.

In addition, I cross-posted (Cut & Paste) to the Major topic about GigaPharma, that has 8 pages of info, so far.

"That is what I posted in the previous message, here is the rest of the story!!!

The Bank got the $170.00 back from VeriPayment.

As was noted by GigaPharma. They said thing's were in transition from one Credit Card Processor (CCP) to another and that many orders, that had been sent by Express, had been seized, due to the Express Shipment Process. They said they would reverse the charges on my Credit Card and they did and the $170.00 is back in the Bank.

The late part, of last week, I received a package. I had no idea who it was from, it was from, GIGAPHARMA!!!

They had sent me a portion of an order that I had placed with them just as they started their transition phase of Credit Cards and Courier's (sp). I had placed the order around the 8th (a couple of weeks ago), yet the next day they declined it, Veripayment declined it, and the Bank never set the money aside for it, because GigaPharma and Veripayment Declined it.

GigaPharma has Not asked for any Payment for the portion that they sent, regular post. Yet, the medication's do expire in July of this year, 2004 (07-2004), yet I am NOT Complaining!

I have read about the stories of ordering and not receiving, as well as members wondering whether to order or not. I certainly hope Gigapharma helps to resolve those that have paid. From the sound from the DB Website, GigaPharma, is Swamped with e-mail's and has a Big Task in front of them to provide the assistance that we are accustomed too.

Concerning members, that have not yet ordered, I would wait till the 26th, and see if their Website is ready to go. If we have to wait an extra day or possible a week, we are ALL wanting to order from them and I hope they understand that we would like to order from them.

One member seems to be in contact with GigaPharma and they have posted an e-mail stating that GigaPharma will be ready by the 26th. If not, waiting one (1) more day or week, hopefully, will have provided GigaPharma the necessary time to get thing's up and going.

Though, my experience with GigaPharma, has had some hill's and valley's, I am certain, that GigaPharma wants to be a reputable, legit, reliable, Organization and a Pharmacy that you can count on for the benefit for all of us.

My Many Thanks to GigaPharma for refunding my Money and sending me some medication's.
