This post is to let our customers know that a major holiday is just about upon us here in Romania. Easter is Sunday (the Eastern Orthodox church usually puts it on a different date than the Catholic/Protestant church does. I have been living so long overseas that i have even lost track as to when the Catholic church celebrates the holiday.), which means that this country will basically shut down for two or three days after Sunday. It also means that i will leave town on Friday afternoon and will not be back until about Wednesday evening or night. (I could use a short vacation right about now.) During this time i will periodically check my email and reply to a few that are more urgent and require my immediate attention.
Also, our Serbian location has started shipping a slew of orders, starting yesterday, and i am just waiting for a confirmation to start emailing customers. When they are finished shipping, we will be fairly up-to-date and most orders through the 1st of April will be on their way to you. As to the poor quality of the Lorazepam, they will be shipping a different brand that we all hope will be more effective.

My experience with the company:
Mar 9 - ordered, received an email that the order was being processed
Mar 29 - received an email from Matthew stating that the order was shipped
April 6 - received my order in fairly good packaging
Overall quite impressed with the quality (I didn't order Lorazepam, so idunno about that), just not with the speed. Although, it was an acceptable time to wait.
I will most likely be ordering from them again.

I ordered 120 20mg diazepam. All I recieved was 110 10mg. to fully riemburse my order i need 130 10mg diazepem. I realize your company is young and maybe a little unorganized, but I WOULD LIKE the rest of my shipment to arrive shortly. Thank you very much.

You will need to send an email to -- sorry we do not have the database for users and user ID's on this board. So, the only way we would know who you are from the hundreds of orders is for you to send an email.
This is not to say that we do not want to help, correct the error, or do not care. It is to say we do not have a clue as to who you are without an email.
Once again, post here as often and as much as you want. But, we do not know who you are and cannot do anything without an email.
As to the 110 versus the 120, I will take that up with Matthew directly, myself.

Received e-mail notification that order was shipped April 5th.
Received order April 19th.

Just to warn everybody, but i will be leaving tonight for Serbia to see what i can do about the problem with the Lorazepam that they are shipping. I think that we will get some things resolved real quickly. I will not be back until early Monday morning, so if you write to me before then and i dont reply, it is because i am out of town.
Also, on Wednesday i will probably go to Nicole's hometown about 5 hours north of here to prepare for our religious wedding on Saturday. We performed the legal ceremony in front of the mayor in December and now will go through with the religious aspect of the wedding. Little to say but this is a very busy and stressful period for me and Nicole.
Things are hectic, but in the meantime i will do my best to get orders to customers and keep as many people happy as possible.

In the next 10 days we will have product listed on our site that will ship from a BONDED CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE within the continental USA. That will mean that each of the items offered for sale will be US FDA approved. We will ship via UPS, with tracking numbers for each package.
It will also mean that there will be a price to pay for the service and the products. For instance, 90 10 mg. diazepam will sell for about $149.95 (including shipping).
The products offered via this route will be: Diazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, lorazepam, ativan, and codeine (10 mg. with 300 mg. tylenol, Tramadol, and propozyphene 65 mg.
The orders will be taken via our website and generated in Europe. We will transmit the order to the bonded warehouse where they will be packaged and set for delivery. The bonded customs warehouse will then provide us with the UPS tracking number which we will then provide you, the customer.
As long as we take the order at our head office in Europe and the payments are made to that office, we can legally transmit the order information to the bonded warehouse which will then package and ship the product (and that can be done from within the continental USA without need for a prior prescription). The only drawback is that the price will reflect the overhead involved in making this happen.
So, while we are international, we will have a supply of FDA approved product on hand in the states for shipment with a UPS tracking number.

Yes you may, from both the states and Europe. The UPS shipping from within the continental United States will not require a signature, as I have been told by our people in place there handling the shipping.
This process, from within the states, is very intricate and we have set a standard of shipping no less than 48 hours from receipt of the order there. The order must be received by us in Europe, then transmitted to a second European office and finally to the USA. There are three steps to that process. From the USA the order is fulfilled in the bonded warehouse and then shipped on to the customer.
We are working out a couple of small things that cropped up which were unforseen, as things of this nature always have happen, but this in no way affects the fulfillment, the process or the order. It only affects how the order is handled by us.
With respect to Europe we are setting a standard of 24 hours from receipt to shipment. But, please bear in mind that shipments from Europe are via Air Mail. Once again, with no signature.

Is it correct that we may select standard post (or airmail since it is overseas) OR UPS while making an order online? I am living in an apartment complex and standard post with no signature required is by far the easiest way to receive small packages and envelopes.

We have delayed the domestic USA shipping of the listed products for about another 14 days due to an unforseen technical problem with the VPN between Europe and the states.
We will formally announce the start of the service as soon as the technical people get everything resolved with that VPN.
We have made refunds to all persons who placed orders with us for the products listed as shipped domestically from within the USA. And, we certainly appreciate the tremendous response to this new service.
We will have it up and running as soon as is humanly possible.

I just can't see ordering common things like benziodiazapines from you people. When you were still offering Ketamine(Ketaset), it was worth a stab, but lately, you are too undependable to chance it. For every person that reports ordering from you, there is another with a legitimate gripe. You guys need to work less on your excuses, and more on running a customer-friendly business.

That is what this board is for. And, all of the journeymen and others that have been around a long time that we have talked with on a regular basis are well aware of the fact that being suckered is a two way street.
We had to shut down sales last night for Pay Pal to do a trace on a little problem that developed in the evening. We were down for about six hours. The problem is resolved and the culprits will, hopefully, have their day.
Bottom line is that we could not agree with you more. The majority of the people here are actually very wonderful folks with whom to converse.

Can you explain why some medications say "Prescription required before ordering" and others do not. For example you have 20 Ambien for $24.95 with a prescription but they cost $39.95 without a prescription. This does not make sense. You are an international pharmacy, therefore a prescription should not be required. The reason most of us use OP's is because we do not have health insurance (in my case because of a job layoff). This means we are being penalized for not having a prescription. We can't afford to go to the Dr. regularly and in my experience they want you to come back before they will write another prescription, even if it is for a medication you have taken before, the Dr's in the US are just money hungry, like the pharmaceutical companies.

Yes, if you have a prescription from within the past 12 months for those medications our doctor can re-write one for you and we ship based on that original prescription. We do incur a greater overhead in shipping without a prescription than we do for those customers who have a prescription, even if it is 12 months old.
Certain gifts must be made to certain people in order to allow for the sending of products out without benefit of a prescription and it is for this reason that we do incur a much higher cost. Having a prescription faxed to us greatly reduces that cost.
We would be able to use that one prescription for at least 12 months.
