What is up with them lately? Order placed on March 29th & never received. This site has been very informative. Will never order from an IOP again. Wasn't aware of seizures+ until I visited. Anyone else experience such delays. No seizure letter, nothing. I don't want them to reship. Just want my $'s back. Any advice.

The only response that I got from them was that the Easter Holidays was the cause of the delay. They said a few weeks ago that Customs caused the delays, because March 29th was one of the check-dates. Why all of the excuses. Don't even want the meds. Just want my $'s back.

I ordered from this place long before I found other (way cheaper) IOPS. I believe it cleary states under the FAQ section that it takes 3-4 weeks for normal delivery. If you recieved an e-mail stating that the delay was caused by the easter holiday, then expect to wait another 2 weeks at least as it has not even been a month yet. I doubt you will get your money back as the meds are undoubtedly in the mail.

It actually states 7-12 business days. It has been far longer then that.
1st they stated that it was the Easter Holidays, then 2 weeks later they said that March 29th was a customs day that caused the delay. It was for a small order. Just want my money back. It also stated guaranteed delivery on the website as well.
I went to my doctor to get my new doctor to get my meds. It cuts out all of these b.s. excuses.

I had a similar problem with this IOP. It took several weeks, but I did receive a refund. It seems they make you wait to be sure the package does not arrive.

April 30th & still nothing. Getting a refund. Just going to my new doc. from now on. They give a ton of excuses (Easter+). Never had problem in the other couple of times from them. Live Help has been down for 3 weeks & they said that it would be back up by Wednesday as well. I would avoid them & other IOP's imo. Thought that since they had consultations & scripts from docs. that it was legal & no problems.

Order from legitimate U.S. OP's. All Trustedmeds does is make excuses. They have had the live help down for 1 month as well. Wasn't aware of the IOP rules & had received orders in the past that took no longer then 2 weeks. Does shipping to a mail service that signs for packages make a difference? I have heard more excuses then anything else. Easter Holidays, March 29th was a customs check day (if it wasT shipped that day would it have arrived in the U.S.?) I just want my $'s back. They said that they re-shipped, but that was without my consent. What is going on? It makes me sick. No seizure letter (which I found out about from this site & no sign of anything). They modified a lot of the meds. on the site as well.

Do you really need two threads for this?

One showed the response. No need to be harsh. I just wanted a refund. I thought that this site was to inform. It has given me tremendous knowledge. Going to my regular new doc. today. Avoiding IOP's like the plague. It just upset me, because they re-shipped without my consent & I still haven't received anything from 3/29. It just makes me fearful.

Well...
Sucking up to manipulative and exploitive doctors...
Makes me fearful.
Maybe your expectations for IOPs are unrealistic.
You will get ripped off 10-20% of the time...
As a matter of course.
Just the cost of doing business.
So far I'm 5/5 with 3 different IOPs...
But Gigapharm is looking suspect...
Making me wait...
And testing my patience.
Wish I'd never heard of them.
Do you know how many doctors have lied to me?
And I mean ** dangerous lies ** that can ruin your health...
Not just a small matter over a small amount of money.

I understand the risks, but they should give a refund & have a disclaimer on the site that customs has been confiscating packages on a regular basis. I still haven't received a refund & will not on my other order until they re-ship. I will nbot get them to re-ship, because it raises it red flags & I will never order from an IOP again. Why take the risk?

I got a refund for an order placed in March finally. They will not refund an order from April. I will never order from an IOP again. I don't want a re-shipment, because I wasn't aware of the "rules" until this site. I just want a refund. They refuse, unless they re-ship. I don't want meds. from an IOP. I only use my doc. or an OP. Tired of this nonsense.

I dont understand why people order from these places where the price of 1 alpraolam or daizepam is over $2. I just dont get it, why would anyone order from these places with such high prices when you can get the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Even with places like this their generic stuff is more expensive than the brand name stuff from other places.

Yes, I too have had a LOT of aggravation from Trusted. I have ordered from them in the past and no problems - meds always arrived in sometimes less than one week. However, this past March placed an order - never arrived - excuse upon excuse. They offered to reship in April - said OK. Reshipment never arrived. After much back and forth they refunded my money and told me that "there was a problem delivering to my address" and to check with local customs - right!!!!!!
I have never received a love letter from customs and am assuming that this place is experiencing problems filling Rx orders - perhaps their supplyer is having problems who knows. It is nerve wracking though to wait for your meds and they never arrive - esp if it is something like Valium or Xanax.

Lablady,
Your experience is identical to mine. It always took a week prior. Lots of excuses. They told me to call local customs as well.... yeah riiight. No love letter, nothing. They say that they are shipping using swiss post from now on, so you might be right about them having problems filling orders. They want to re-ship again, but I told them no!!! I only order from U.S. OP's, which are much better or get scripts from my doc. Trustedmeds. is full of excuses & getting a refund is like pulling teeth.
1st excuse- U.S. Customs is much tougher
2nd excuse- We switched shippers
3rd excuse- We don't include a return address anymore
4th excuse- The Easter Holiday delayed orders.
5th excuse- We won't give a refund until we re-ship (I don't want it to be re-shipped....I want a refund). Will never order from an IOP.
Plenty of excuses starting in March. They say that shipping & receiving in the U.S. is perfectly legal according to new regs. One lie after another. Order from U.S. OP's that require records or go to your doc. Trustedmeds is not to be trusted.
