no I dont think there is, you might use their website to respond to them. I have heard this is the best way. I think they are getting too big and dont really care if they send or not. They could be on the verge of shutting down or being busted by the Feds. I am trying to find another place myself.

Guitardude, there is an e-mail addy that gets responses. I have used it in the past when orders were VERY late and I was worried. PM me and I will give it to you.

Do they always send the tracking numbers when they ship or do orders just show up?
Also, Do they ever answer emails?

Hi,
I have ordered from Mexrx 3 times and I have never received a tracking number, nor an email from them. The longest it took me to receive my meds was about 7 days from them receiving my payment. I am 3 for 3 with them, so I have received all my orders within 3-7 days. I am happy with their delivery times, but just wish they would communicate a little better. All in all I would recommend these guys!

I have ordered a couple of times from them and the only time I got a tracking number was when I requested one on the email that they ask you send to their support address.
delivery time rarely lines up with what they list on the site but I think all of mine arrived 7-8 days after MO was received.

no but lots of promises...... I'm done with them. They won't answer my emails at this point. I hate being lied to. "it'll be there next tuesday"...............that was over a week ago.
